Handle operation is horrible

After a year and a half, the handle plastic button to change the flow from stream to spray has broken and now water barely comes out. Have had to put rubber bands on the button to hold it in place so even a little bit of water comes out. Would not buy ever again. Looks nice in the beginning but the lack of long term function is not worth it!

Love the modern look of the Fossett . it has a small leak Where water comes out when on. But other than that. Love it!

I have had this faucet for a little over a year. It has started to drip from the button that changes the flow. It has also come apart around the spray feature. it also sprays the back of the wall when I use the spray function. It should be better for $155.

Very nice !! But I do not recommend it Brooke 3 1/2 month it leak ofter use it for 2 week very pretty!!

We installed this over a year ago during a kitchen remodel. It looked really nice and was a lot cheaper than the alternatives. While it was working, it worked well. Unfortunately, the switch in the handle broke after about a year. It's not repairable and without the receipt, the company will not honor the limited lifetime warranty, the reason for this that they told us was that they are not the only distributor of the faucet. Because of my experience with the faucet's durability and the struggles I have had with the warranty, I cannot recommend this to others.

This faucet has a slow stop "feature" that is not in the product description. I've never heard of such a thing. SO WASTEFUL! I live in southern California and we take water conservation very seriously. When you turn the water off, it should go OFF - instantly. Instead 1/3 C of water is wasted - every time.

This faucet is sturdy and switches between spray and stream functions properly. It is a huge upgrade from the previous, more expensive faucet I purchased. The only downside is that it turns off slowlythe water runs for a bit once the faucet is off. But that is something I can live with.
