Great experience! Took a bit longer than expected to ship but outside of that it was delivered when expected, in great condition and I love it in general. Super cute!

Brightened up the room
The ottoman was delivered as described online. The color matches perfectly with the rest of my furniture. The assembly was easy and I appreciate the care that was taken in the packing as it was delivered unharmed. The zipper compartment for the legs was a great way to eliminate the possibility for damage in shipping. Kudos!
Quality good for price
This works perfectly in our family room. Color is true to picture. We were replacing an ottoman and trying to match couch. Quality is good for price and it has a firmness that is nice so that it can last over time in a high traffic room.

too much for not having storage
I like this so much, we bought two.
It's very large and pairs with either the chair it loveseat perfectly. If you're getting a chair or loveseat we highly recommend you splurge and get the Ottoman. We got our family room set but had to wait three months for the Ottoman and it was so worth it. Do it. :)
Returned
I waited three months for the chair. When it arrived it looked great and felt really comfortable. It gave off a strong odor. I was prepared to live with that until I developed a sore throat, tingling lips and tongue, phlegm and runny nose. One of my kids started sneezing. The store kindly offered to store it for awhile so it could continue off-gassing elsewhere. I didn't want to wait longer, haul it home and risk the problem happening again, so I returned it. The store was very gracious. I ended up buying a chair that was on clearance on the sales floor at another store and therefore had time to off-gas. I didn't have any issues with the second chair. We need to change how furniture is being manufactured in this country.
I would buy this again
This ottoman is the perfect addition to the Abinger Chair. It's not too squishy, so it supports your feet without them sinking. It moves around on carpet easily, and our hardwood floor without scratching.
