Too many pieces for a normal DYI. Took me hours and hours. Get someone experienced to put it up

Nothing fit

I brought this chicken coop from Bunnings for 450 dollars and it's the worst 450 I've ever spent none of the holes line out properly the sheet of tin on the door panel protrudes making door unable to close fitting the mesh to pre drilled holes makes the mesh look so out of square it's just an absolute heap to put together and looks terrible it all looks out of square and this is using the pre punched holes to make it look better I'll have to pull a heap of screws out and re drill holes my self I have to trim sheet of tin to allow door to close its an overall heap and waste of money I'll never buy another shed, chicken coop or Avery from this manufacturer absolutely crap holes punched in wrong spots so they must have said woops and punched them again crossing over half of the first hole its an absolute disgrace to manufacturing I'm a boilermaker and my next Avery I'll be building my self this was just an absolute waste of my money and my time

Poor engineering and quality

I bought this product this week (October 2023. The documentation and video guide are totally misleading. take the roof. I measured the distance from the outer securing holes from the leading edge of the roof sheets and the holes vary as much as 5mm ( ranging from 45mm to 50mm with some 46mm others 48mm) These are supposed to be the same so the holes don't line up. It does not matter which way you orientate the roof panels the overlapping hole also does not line up. If you use one as a template the other pre-drilled hole is too close so the hole elongates and the self tapping screw no longer tightens. This is just the "tip of the ice berg" so to speak. Many of the holes have not been evenly drilled to a consistent pattern. I consider this rubbish and would not recommend this. I will now have to buy new colour bond sheets and make my own chicken coop / bird aviary. I will be making a formal complaint.

Looks like a bird Avery

Missing main parts like corner posts, a lot of parts not numbered as per instructions had to measure and assume

Sent wrong parts and parts missing.

Over 2 months since purchasing and its still sitting there waiting for parts to arrive.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!Horrible design. Black Marker used to cover up the incorrect manufacturing print. Wrong sized screws. Instructions are not good. The video is even more a waste of time.

Received wrong parts

After purchasing this item through bunning which was easy but then to find out we received a bunch of wrong parts was annoying. Meaning my chooks had to be kept in a small cage until sorted.

Glad it’s over

Worked on this over the weekend, wouldn’t take so long if the holes lined up and the step by step video could’ve had some more close up of what he was doing, about as much help as the instruction manual.

I brought this just Saturday not a hole lined up it was one of the worst kit DIY I have ever brought

Just bought cause old wood coops would rot after ayear of so

Assembly is bi#$%. Put aside the whole weekend and be prepared for a divorce if assembling with your partner.

Challenging

We have purchased 2, they are not easy to put together but once done work well, the second one we ordered was missing 2 of the mesh panels

We have numerous birds in this cage it is fantastic

Missing parts / holes not lining up

Pouched this yesterday and find that there were numerous missing parts. Thankfully the place we purchased it from are helping us get replacements.

Great features for my cocky cage

I bought this this month on 15/09/22 to give my cocky more freedom than only in his small cage

When completed it is very useable but hard to buil

It took 3 of us6 hours each to put it together. Not enough details in drawings.holes didn’t line up. Missing a section for corner construction but we made do

good aviary

I found they are not the easiest to put together but is a great aviary for my wildlife rehabilitation.

Awesome Chicken Coop

Bought it last week assembled on the weekend, simple and absolutely perfect, safe from weather and secure - our girls absolutely love it!
