Great rug, poor customer service
The rug is beautiful, fits perfectly in our space. Price was reasonable. The only negative was delivery. It was sent via a freight company that uses semis, which couldn’t get down to the complex. When addressing this concern with customer service we were promised a call back with a solution. That call back never came so I am not sure they are really concerned about customer satisfaction.

We are SO pleased with this beautiful rug. It looks better in person than on-line and is SO soft underfoot that I would like to have our whole house carpeted with her rugs and I wish we didn't have to put a coffee table on top of it!
Great rug, but predominant colors skew toward blue/ brown
We purchased this rug for our grey toned living room but ended up using it in another room because the colors feature more blue and brown than we realized and it clashed with our grey sectional. We're happy with the way it looks on our loft which is more beige toned, and would suggest changing the color description so the word grey is not listed first. In our room's light, the grey is more of a muted blue shade and there is definitely more beige/ brown content.
