This fixture is easy to install especially if you have a helper who can hold it up for you while you attach the wires. The color change feature is on the outside of the fixture for easy access. The cover on the light is plastic but you can’t really tell just by looking.

Clean, simple, and modern. Looks expensive, but it’s not.

Not a quality piece

For something that looks nice and costs a good amount of money it lasted just outside of its year warranty. Too expensive for cheaply made lightening.

Compact Size With Nice Features

Today's LED lighting offers a significant mixture of correlated color temperature (CCT). Sometimes, this presents a problem when one fixture has a yellow color of light, and the one next to it, blue. This Hampton Bay Luis 11-inch fixture eliminates that contrast by offering, at the touch of a button, five different CCT's. The brushed nickel finish of the metal goes well for my location.

modern, easy to install

This light is very lightweight which makes it very easy to install anywhere you have an outlet box. It has a good array of LED's for a bright light and there is a button on the side that will walk you through different color temperatures from yellow-white to blue-white so you can get the light to look exactly how you want. The nickel finish looks very high end. Yiu should be able to install this light and then forget about it for years.

perfect closet light

I ordered this light in brushed nickel to upgrade to my flush mount light in my walk-in closet to LED lighting. When it arrived, it was black colored instead, but I did not return it because the color did not matter either way (in my closet). This light is a great sleek look at a great price. The light is very simple to install. It has a white plastic cover piece that rotates on and off of the base. Once installed, there is a button on the base that you can press to change the temperature of the lighting (5 choices of warm white, soft white, neutral white, bright white, and daylight). Ours pictured is set on the neutral white setting.

Light Doesnt Stay On Selected Setting

Every time my light gets turned off for a period of more than 20 minutes and I turn it back on the light gets reset back to its original warm color when I have it sit on the brightest one it’s kind of annoying since these are my main light fixtures in my room and I wanted them to be white in color but I’m getting that yellow every time I turn them on and I have to switch it every single time

Nice adjustable light

Hampton Bay 11 inch flush mount ceiling light is easy to install and has 5 brightness settings. With a touch of a button on the side, you can change the light from Warm White, Soft White, Neutral White, Bright White or Daylight. You can see it in the video linked to this review. I used it to replace a decorative light in my kitchen. I like the simple look and very light weight (especially helpful when replacing ceiling lights). I'm also a fan of integrated LED bulbs that last for years and use very little power (17 watts). One minor fault, there is a label on the frosted plastic cover that leaves a residue when removed.

Clean, Modern, Dimmable LED Perfect for Small Spaces

This is a nice, clean, easily installed fixture. The brushed nickel finish is flawless, and the touch button on the side that changes the color temperature (from warm to daylight) looks nice. The acrylic lens is fine and covers the entire face for a very clean, modern look.

LED ceiling light with 5 light settings

I chose this Hampton Bay Luis 11" light to replace a ancient ceiling fan in the breezeway to my garage. It's got the integrated LED lights with a 5 year warranty. It's slim and sleek so it will fit in with most decor. The color of the light can be changed with the touch of a button on the side. It goes from 2700k to 5000k. It's also damp rated so it can be used in a bathroom area as well.

Small, great function, easy to use

We got this for a small room, 8X8, and it works perfect in there. I like that you can choose from 5 different light colors, from a yellow incandescent feel, all the way to a very white/blue feel. To change the color you just touch a "button" on the side, that it not so much a button as it it a touch surface.

great integrated LED ceiling light

i chose this Hampton Bay brushed nickel LED flush mount light to install in my kitchen over the sink area to replace the original incandescent fixture that came with the house when it was built. it has a clean modern look that provides ample lighting and the brushed nickel trim ring compliments the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. the features that i like the most about the light is the 5 color selectable temperature choices and that the switch to change the color settings is mounted on the outside of the brushed nickel trim ring for easy access. in my opinion i think it is a quality product that i am very satisfied with.

simple install, works with a dimmer, quick light temperature selection

I installed this in my guest hallway. I wanted a simple light that works off a light switch, no complicated wifi connection or remote control. I like the button on the side to cycle through the different light temperatures, warm to bright daylight. This light accepts a dimmer switch, which is great in the guest bedroom hallway. I can dim the light at night so guests (especially kids) will always have some light in the hallway. Installation is simple (10 mins one person). It's just the right size for my requirement and the slim, clean appearance looks great in the hallway.

The Hampton Bay Luis 11 in. Brush Nickel Touch CCT Selectable LED Flush Mount was very simple to install. It only took about ten minutes. It's a very simple yet modern design that will match just about any room or decor whether it be a hallway or utility room. The light puts off plenty of light (with 1000Lumens) and is very simple to adjust the lighting.
