Waste of my money

Says height is 14.5". How? We used no chain and it's nearly 17". It doesn't even clear the top of the screen door when opened. Of course we cut wires and tried other situations to make it work, but couldn't. Like throwing $100 in the trash!!

Looks as expected. A nice, fresh upgrade to a classic style.
