Love this lamp!

Cheaply, poorly made, multiple broken parts after 2 tries

First try, the thread connecting tall piece to base was broken and had fallen into the stand/ so base couldn't be connected. The entire top portion was broken so flopped over and couldn't be fixed. Build.com was great in sending a replacement free, even though Trend Lighting wouldn't do so. Second one also very poor quality. The base has 2 parts that weren't aligned; so, had to get carpenter to get them apart so stand could be attached to base. And finally, the top smaller open rectangle that sits on the open rectangular stand is crooked and can't be straightened. I tend rarely to be critical and to assume the best. I wouldn't pay $50 for this cheap excuse for a quality lamp.
