This is my 2nd Active Aqua chiller and it works just as good as my 3/4hp unit. I have this chiller hooked to a 20gal reservoir. If you have a RDWC hydroponic system a chiller is the best way to keep your solution cool.

I never received my order. I ordered a water chiller, and was shipped via Purolator. Said delivered, but never arrived. No notice, no phone call, not even a ring on the door. it was sent for a delivery without signature required. A 500$ item not requiring signature... just gone, just like that. Even Canada post has tracking and leaves notice if you are not home or if they can't deliver. I ask for an investigation but obviously, "carrier said item was sent for delivery without signature so they are not responsible". I lost 500$ and carrier won't help, seller won't help... Has it ever shipper? Did I get scammed ? Was it stolen? No way to know. Seller should not send such expensive item like that. This is non sense to have no proof of delivery and there is nothing I can do. Just have to grieve my money and never order from there again

Nice and quiet. Brought the temp. down from 82 to 75 degrees and keeps it there. Easy to operate. 5 stars for sure.

I received the item the box is fine everything that was included was in the box and the chiller seems to be working perfectly fine Ive tested it for a while now just to be sure and its not Overly noisy and seems to get the water temperature down pretty quick I have it set up on a 30 gallon tub at the moment

Excellent product

I recieved it very quickly. Very easy to install. Works really well. I have a 20 gallon tank it took the water from 76 degrees to 68 degrees around about 4 hours. Very satisfied you can't go wrong here. I highly recommend it.

All I can say is it leaked from day one. Was a waste of time. When you need it you need it. Don't have time to waste sending it back. The factory didn't even install the water lines. They left them completely loose. It leaked water everywhere. So I tightened them up and it still leaked. Save your .
