Terrible customer service
Never received
Great product
Item arrived in good condition and functions well. It removes a considerable amount of humidity from our 42-foot RV.
Good product
Easy to operate and gets the job done.
Faulty Drain
Unit only fills attached bucket. Will not drain from a hose as described. New hose, not blocked. Has plenty of slope.
Cold air for our bedroom in this hot Summer
Very good unit
Great Purchase
My son suggested this for the basement. I honestly didn't think the basement was damp. However, this dehumidifier pulls an amazing amount of moisture from your home.
[Rewarded Review] Good size
A very good size for a room , I will not place it in hall way. Little bit noisy compared to my 7 litter friegidair .
[Rewarded Review] Mid size powerhouse
Awesome mid size powerhouse of a dehumidifier. Has a timer and runs like a champ. Very happy with Hisense quality. This is my second Hisense as I have another one going strong in the basement.
Excellent dehumidifier
I highly recommend this dehumidifier.
[Rewarded Review] Works well so far
Set in basement at 70% rh and had it down to 50% pretty quick in large basement. Pulling about a gallon a day or so. Noise level is ok but not bedroom quiet. Constant drain hose works fine. No issues after 2 weeks. Pan holds a lot and has a handy handle. Nice
[Rewarded Review] The Hisense DH35 is an older model
I picked this up because it's priced better than the DH5022K1W model currently being stocked at other stores. I see why it's almost $100 less. It's because the Hisense DH35 (model at Walmart) is the older model with a manufacture date of 1/2022. The difference between the DH35 and the DH5022K1W is the refrigerant. The DH35 uses R410A while the newer DH5022K1W uses R32. I will say the newer Hisense model is much quieter then the DH35. You can definitely hear the compressor kick on with a hum. Needless to say this one is going back due to older refrigerant and louder compressor.
[Rewarded Review] So Far, So Good
I had previously owned a Frigidaire 50 pint dehumidifier used in my 1850 sq. ft. basement. The original unit died after 3 years, the replacement died after 2 years (it had a 5 year warranty). Because that unit cycled on and off so often, I decided to try this HiSense 35 pint unit.
pice is good but demage when received need to check before deliver
Works great!
Works great! Great price too.
Working great.
It’s helping take the humidity out of the basement in my 100 year old house!! It’s working well
Great Dehumidifier
I have had it for almost a month and it has worked great.
Works good.
Works good so far. For what I paid, I hope it lasts a while.
Defective equipment. TERRIBLE Customer Service.
Seemed like it did a great job except for a few drops of water at the front of the device. But the drops became a small puddle. And then a big puddle. Called Hisense and was told a technician would be sent out. I questioned that but the agent was adament. No one ever showed. In the meantime I checked the tank with a bright light and discovered a very small crack. Called back and was told they don't send out techs for dehumidifiers. Surprize surprize. Was offered a new tank. Declined and told them I was returning it. Side note, it takes several tries to reach a rep. After going through the entire menu, it sounds like someone picks up the call and immediately hangs up and you are presented with a post call survey. Will be shopping for another brand.
Mixed review
While I am generally satisfied with the unit's ability to dehumidify, I am disappointed with the tank capacity, which is definitely less than other 35-pint units I have owned. I am also disappointed with the flimsy construction of the tank. I always have to be extremely careful in removing and reinserting the tank for fear the thin plastic will break.
Everything we wanted
After checking the different brands we decided on the hisense it was a great buy
