I received it after the heat wave but the remote wasn’t synced to the ac unit called to get another one and that one still wasn’t synced to the ac. On top of that I set up the drain but still leaks

I've had it in use for a little over a week, and so far so good. I bought this one because I have an older version of SPT brand. Only issue will be having to drain it out because it weighs about 88 lbs. which is hard for one person to hold and use the tube to drain it.

Exceptionally easy set up. If I had to say less than five minutes. It actually had taken more time taking it out of the box than setting it up. I would recommend this product and the company itseld to anyone. Great product keep up the good woek.
