This is a very nice towel rack! A little on the expensive side but it was pretty easy to install!

Just what I was looking for!

I love this towel bar! The white accents match the sink and bath faucets in my guest bathroom. I ordered the chrome finish and it's very simple and elegant. Ordering was a breeze: found the item, ordered it, and it was here in a few days.

Received quickly, looks great. Haven't installed yet due to renovations going on. BUT - I bought this one, as opposed to others,because of the towel hooks. But mine came without the hooks. Can't seem to reach anyone to resolve the issue.

Disappointed

I bought the entire Adelaide collection and everything is beautiful but the hardware (set screws) were missing in 2 of the boxes so I’m trying to find them locally.

Beautiful and Well Made

This item arrived in a timely manner. It is just beautiful and exactly what we were seeking. It is a great combination of white ceramic and brushed nickel. It seems to be well made and it a great addition to our half bath.

Cute, but unable to mount to wall

I really wanted to like this product. It does have a great look to it. However, the mounting hardware was incomplete. It came with four screws, two plates and no fastener screws to mount the rack to the brackets. I contacted customer service, they sent new mounting hardware but again those pieces were missing. It is impossible to hang it without those screws. I also found the instructions were significantly lacking in detail such as size of drill bit to use and how far apart the brackets should be. I had to return unfortunately.

Wonderful shelf

We recently renovated our bathroom and bought this shelf to finish it off. We really liked the porcelain accents. However, when it arrived it looked like the box had been crushed in transit. I attempted to install it but the shelf was bent and wouldn’t sit on the wall flush. I was unable to install it. I called SH customer service the next day and told them what happened. They asked no further questions and said they would send me a new shelf. Hard to believe! It wasn’t their fault, the damage happened in shipping. But they took responsibility because, as they said, “We want you to be completely satisfied.” Where do you get that level of service today, especially from online merchants? Because of their actions, next time SH will be my “go to” source. They really know what the transaction is all about. Yay Signature Hardware.

This towel rack completed my overall bathroom look of “Modern Arts and Crafts”. It is of excellent quality and installed easily.

Looks great - holds the towels - sturdy mount

I bought this to replace a very similar towel bar from Home Depot or Lowes we bought a while back. Its a little more expensive than the one it replaced, but it seems to be of better quality. This one feels slightly more solid and better made. Finish is perfect and it looks great. Good, solid mount, which is fairly standard for this type of bar with the plate you fix the the wall first and then attach the bar and tighten with a screw.

I wanted to match my handles and accessories, so was delighted to find the Adelaide series. Not something you find in the store, so they are always commented on by guests. While I thought the price was high for the towel bar, when I received it I changed my mind to a Wow.... great quality for the price.

Quick shipping on a hard to find item.

Was staying with an aunt for sometime when I accidentally broke her towel rack. I searched local stores and could not find the same one anywhere! Thank goodness for signature hardware! I found the exact same one I broke and since I felt so bad I sprung for next day shipping. My aunt was so happy that I was able to find the same rod, turns out she had been looking for it for over a year since someone else had previously damaged it.
