We got this to support

We got this to support a Karaoke use case. We use a 2015 iPad pro to run an app called Karafun and alternately to play videos from a popular video site where there are Karaoke versions of songs posted. The original tablet stand kept tipping over so we wanted something more sturdy that could be operated with one hand to find and play songs. We also wanted something that inebriated folks wouldn't easily trip over. This is what we chose. It took a couple hours to get it together and have it work. We couldn't find a single audio cable that worked with the skinny hole in the stand so we had to drill the case out in order to make it work. We did get it to work and it's very sturdy and we've already used it for an event: lots of compliments vs what we had before. But if I had to do this again I would probably pick a case that has more modern fittings. When we buy new iPads I don't think they will work well with this stand and I don't really want to have to drill a stand again just to use a standard cable.

works as it is supposed to, only issue is we cannot get the ipad mount to stop wobbling on the stand, tightened the screws multiple time and within an hour they are loose again.

I ordered this for a convention booth that I am running next week, but the product came in dented and with the paint chipped. This dent happened during the manufacturing process as I didn't see it until after I took it out of the bag. I have had requested a replacement back on November 8th, it's November 21st now and I haven't gotten a replacement for this yet so I have to rate this based on the one that I have. It's defective.

Stands were very wobbly. Its frustrating that there is not a locking feature. To undo a bolt everynight to take the tablets out to charge them is very frustrating because we dont have a way to charge them where they stand. Biggest complaint is that we ordered two of the exact same stands and they are slightly different. And they are very wobbly even after we tighten them.

I was stunned. The place

I was stunned. The place where you seat the iPad wobbles from loose rivets.There's nothing you can do to tighten this up unless you are willing to weld it yourself.Very disappointed. Doing a trade show and don't have time for this ...I don't think I will ever purchase anything with Pyle's name again because thisis truly a pile of junk ..How sad, I'm sure that I'm not the first to notice either

Kiosk does hold the iPad, but it wobbles when in use and is falling apart. It also doesn't easily swivel between portrait and landscape which is a pain. Opting to get a more expensive unit.

We don't use this very

We don't use this very often but the top part of the bracket that attaches the 'head' to the post is terribly weak. The iPad/case wobble really badly. What makes it worse is its not repairable at all. I need to check on the warranty as we haven't had it that long but this is definitely a very, very weak point and makes it completely unsuitable for any normal use.*okay, just checked warranty. It has one but its absolutely worthless. You need to send a check for $15 along with it, plus the cost of shipping (and of course I don't have the box) and they decide if they're going to fix it. It costs more to send it back than it does to buy a new one so the warranty really isn't a warranty. Its lip service. I recommend that you don't purchase as they clearly don't stand behind their products.

Before I ordered this, I

Before I ordered this, I asked if it would fit a Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6" screen. It does not fit it, as the home buttons are covered and the cover is wider than the face of the device. Is there a replacement for it so that the case will fit the device I've specified?

These are exactly what I

These are exactly what I was hoping for. They fit together perfectly, easy assembly, and heavy duty! I purchased 3 for different sites. We switched to a new time keeping system on Ipads instead of the manual clocks that we have used for 20 years. After setting everything up we have been able to secure the Ipads at each location using the Tamper-Proof/Anti-Theft Kiosk. These are well worth the money I would definitely purchase again in the future. Highly recommend this product to anyone. shop is also a 5 star. Fast shipping!!!!
