Two sides were sent that were the same. This meant you could only install one half of the bookcase.Home Depot doesn't send out a replacement, you have to return the entire bookcase and reorder. I returned mine for refund.

Very nice solid bookcase. I was looking for something that wasn’t flimsy and could hold a lot of weight. This is it and it is a very appealing color. Easy to assemble. Heavy duty.

If they are as good as the customer service, I will have a great product. I haven't received them yet! I had to return the ones I ordered because I ordered the wrong size! My mistake. I intend to order the right size. The return policy and procedure are well outlined on the website with clear instructions and a seamless interface with UPS. This looks like a very well-run company with a professional web presence.
