Extremely awkward!! Every use delivers a wet floor. Transfer is ok, but the actual shower is awful.

The bench is sturdy, and I am sure it would do the job. However, even though, I measured carefully, the bench is too large for my tub. Wish it were smaller.

Easy tub accessibility.

I purchased this for elderly parent who fell and broke their hip. It functions well if used as directed. Place in the tub and they sit on the portion outside the tub, slide slowly, place one leg at a time in the tub then finish sliding the rest of the way in. Make sure the shower curtain is over the bench to keep the water from getting on the floor...it isn't the prettiest thing but it serves its purpose which is helping someone take a shower while sitting. I am as well as my parent, very grateful for this product.

don't buy

don't waste your money. unless you a fond of wet bathroom floors. This doesn't work as advertised.

The transfer bench is comfortable & has enabled me to shower for a longer length of time.It can be stored in the bathtub.
