VERY SMALL SEAT!

and terrible return policy...description didnt include inches of seat size. Need to return when I recd and read the outside of the box. now I have to pay for shipping...half the cost of the product. buyer beware! disappointed. called cust service - big deal waived the 25% restocking fee and told refund ONLY after they receive product and its viewed in its box to be resellabe. the box was rec damaged! GRRRR

I am secure in this seat. I am so glad I got one with handles. The handles make getting up or down very easy.

Great bathtub saver

I love this item. After 2 replacement knee surgeries I really needed and still need a bath chair. The only improvement needed is that there should be some type of metal inside the replacement tip to prevent the metal leg from wearing through the said tip. I realized the the leg had worn through the rubber tip when I started seeing scratches in the tub. That's when I replaced the rubber tips.

My 46 yr old son has cancer and partial blindness and lives in a studio apartment. A shower chair was recommended by his Occupational Therapist. I didn't just want to get him a bench type chair, he needed more stability. This shower seat fit in his bathtub and works great for him! Even his OT said he had never seen a seat like this and it was perfect! My son lives in Virginia and I am in Florida so I didn't know what we would end up with. So happy description was accurate and easy to assemble too!

Very happy with this shower chair. Thankfully, it was so easy to assemble, no tools needed. It isn?t too wide And bulky and fit perfecting in my moms small shower. Also , love that the height can be adjusted.

it is a good unit and was easy to put together. It did however arrive broken and apparently was broken before shipment since the piece was in the bag with other parts not just loose in the box.

good, but is rusting after less than a year

We bought one of these used and loved it, except we noticed rust stains on the shower floor . When we removed the rubber feet we could see that the ends of the legs were rusting. We tried sanding and painting but the rust and stains continued. But we loved the chair, so about a year ago we went bought a brand new one. I am dismayed that the legs on the new chair are now rusting and staining the shower floor. They should have used stainless steel for the legs of a chair to be used in a shower! I would gladly pay a little more to have a shower chair that does not rust.

These aren't exactly the same, but the fit is good. The originals were in need of replacement. These work real well.
