You did not include lines with the faucet. I had to purchase the lines separately from Home Depot and the the salesperson sold me the wrong size! This inconvenience could have been avoided had you included the lines with the faucet.

Moen = Good

I bought and installed it today. My opinion is simple: it is a Moen... It's good.

These work well. I bought Moen because they will replace the cartridges for free if you call them. Have had other faucets I had to remove and throw away after only five years. I have all Moen faucets now.

Nice faucet but why so expensive?

Not sure why this Moen is so expensive as opposed to other Moen faucets. I bought it for the style and the Moen brand name. Claims to have an advanced cartridge.

Works great with no problems. Would buy again. When it comes to faucets, don't go cheap. You will be replacing in a year.

Poor customer service setting up installation

My issue is not with the products but rather the installation and customer service. It has been almost two weeks since I purchased the sinks and faucets and no one has contacted me about installation. I have called customer service 3 times and got the run around. I was told they were trying to contact the sub contractors and would get back to me. No one ever did. I called again and after several transfer from one person to another was told to expect an email within 24-48 hours. It’s been four more days and still nothing.

New faucet leaks

I just installed this faucet. Less than 5 gallons of water has flowed through it. It leaks. The handles are fully off, but there is always water in my sink. I dried the sink and faucet spout with a towel and returned a few hours later and...there is water in the sink and the spout is wet. It's not a big leak - we're talking about drips here, not a stream of water - but this is a new faucet. It should not leak! The 20+ year old piece of junk it replaced at least only leaked when it was running...

Chrome finish

Nice looking faucet. When I purchased this, the saleswoman checked the box and said all parts there there, but when the handyman went to install it, he discovered a part missing. Returned it for exchange. The sales person opened the next box and a part was missing there too. Finally the third and last box on the shelf had all parts! Annoying to have to make an extra trip to HD. Also be forewarned that it is a “chrome finish” but is in fact plastic.

Decent faucet

Not a super high quality build, mostly plastic. Being sold at a DIY store, it should come with a small bit of plumbers putty for the install. I missed that part and had to drive back to the store to get some.

Like the low profile and smooth operation

I just installed this while doing a bathroom upgrade. Really like the low profile for a smaller bathroom and common size sink. Super smooth valve operation and looks great.

Terrific bathroom faucet

Faucets have certainly improved. Easy on/off. No fingerprints. Looks modern. Clean design. Hand-tighten installation, no wrench needed. Moen is the one!

Faucet was missing drain stopper. Box was unopened. Contacted Moen & part was shipped to me. Now just waiting on plumber to return and finish job. Otherwise the faucet looks really good.

Nice faucet

Self installed. Bit of a pain under small pedestal sink but that wasn’t the fault of the faucet. Clear instructions. Seems like a quality product, smooth operation. Water conserving.

Great Moen Product

My friend and I installed the faucets in both my primary and guest bathrooms. They were super easy to install; directions were great. 20 min job.

Inspect closely before installing

Love the brushed nickel. The low arc fits my sink type perfectly. First one I bought was pitted on the faucet part and had to return it.

I purchased the 2-pack of Adler bathroom faucets and had them installed a couple of weeks ago. I noticed both of them are dripping from the spout at a very slow rate of about a drip every couple of hours. I read some reviews that mention this issue with this particular Moen product that doesn't seem to be fixed by replacing the cartridges. I don't want to pay more money to have someone replace a brand new faucet with another brand or have the cartridges replaced. This is very disappointing. I won't be using Moen in the future.

Love this faucet. It looks nice and works great. It was easy to install per my husband. I have had it about 3 weeks and it works great.

Very nice faucet. When they were installed, they looked a little small compared to my old faucet. The drain flange stands proud of the sink slightly which makes water pool around it edges. That’s the only con.

Easy to clean - lasts well

Had one of these in a bathroom for a few years. Moving it to another bathroom and purchasing another to match it as there are 2 sinks in the new bathroom. The old one just looks exactly the same as the new one, so I'm confident these will last well.
