BEWARE! ~ I have a sink that has the rod you raise or lower to use the stopper. This one does NOT have the rod to raise or lower the stopper. You have to reach through whatever muck is in the sink and press the stopper to activate it. AND, I would have to do some serious plumbing work to install this type of faucet. NOT recommended!
Beautiful! Easy to put on. Would recommend. Came as expected. Nice color. I love that it has matching towel rack/ toilet paper holder that can be purchased separately. I did not need customer service with this product.
Looks better than it is
The materials feel very inexpensive and not durable. They look nice, but the exterior is a thin veneer. While installing the tub faucet, a chunk of the finish chipped off even though I had wrap a cloth around it. The shower head has 2 options - 1) use as constructed and stand in the shower for a long time trying to funnel enough water into one part of you hair or body to get wet, or 2) remove the o-ring and have tiny piercing streams of water that come out with such force that the shower current won’t stay down.
This is a great faucet. I had never changed one out before so the tasked originally seemed to be very daunting for me. But once I dedicated an evening to taking my time and being careful, I found the process to be really quite simple. VERY happy with how good it looks, and it functions perfectly. The whole sink looks and feels much cleaner, and the drain pipe is updated now as well with this kit. No more grunge and rust. Very clean and well polished look. Absolutely recommend this faucet!
Exactly what I was looking for!
Really like the finish and design. Especially like that the faucet came with a pop-up drain to match. Only improvement I would make is with the strainer and key removal tool. Hard to keep it aligned long enough to remove the aerator because of the slope of the faucet. Would help if the key had a longer body or, better yet, if the aerator extended down below the faucet and you could remove it with your fingers. No biggie but hard to remove and put back on...not impossible.
It's a very nice looking faucet. I don't love how the "arms" of the handles stick out to the side - it takes up extra space I don't really have, but that's just my inexperience with buying something like this. Also the pressure/flow of water coming out could be more but that is probably just an adjustment I can make when I figure out how to do it! :) I've only had it about a week. I'm happy with it overall.
All plastic.
I bought this hoping it would be metal - with the exception of the exterior of the water supply rods, the entire piece is plastic. I purposely spent more on this void that, but I guess I didn't read closely enough. The main faucet is plastic, the drain is plastic, and the drain stopper is plastic. It also seems like it would get smudged easily, due to its material. Am returning.
Very good faucet. Smooth turning. Seems to have low volume but hot water gets hot at my home in a reasonable time.
I bought two units and just had them installed a few days ago. I like the finish on the units and its simple, easy to clean style. I'm not certain how I feel about the push down stopper. Ask me in 3-6 months. I like that there's a green plastic device that will allow me to clean hard water deposits from the faucet.
Bad design
Faucet looks good. Drain design is lacking and leaks. We have two new bathroom remodels and chose Moen sink faucets for both. Today we turned on main bathroom water only to find it leaks. Hard to believe water is allowed to pool/hold in drain section. Only the bottom rubber section undersink is stopping water from leaking. The sink manufacturers need to be on board with this design. Second bathroom we will wait on to turn water on to sort out issues. Most likely will be returning these faucets.
Drain Assembly is an issue
I just completed the installation of this faucet. I think it looks good and overall, I'm happy with how it turned out. However, the drain assembly leaked when I first installed it using the instructions included with the package. I then found other reviews here with the same issue. Moen responded and gave alternate instructions on how to install the cone gasket that goes on the underside of the sink.

Kind of expensive for a cheap (plastic?) set. Worst is that the cone washer that is supposed to seal where the drain meets the underside of the sink is tapered instead of flat and doesn’t seal properly. I fought this for 2 days trying to get it right, finally gave up and had to spend $45 on a high quality drain assembly ( the only option since no one sells the proper gasket). Pick something else. Also, why have the “touch” drain plug? Fine for closing it, but when time to drain the sink you have to put your finger in “dirty” water. The plain old pull lever is better.
[Rewarded Review] The Banbury combo kit looks beautiful. They have not...
The Banbury combo kit looks beautiful. They have not been installed as yet. Please note though, that the combo does not come with the faucet shown in the image. I relied on the image shown and was surprised to receive a Banbury 84942SRN faucet, which is quite different. It appears that there were two different combos advertised with the same faucet image! Please double check to make sure you like one versus the other and get the correct one for your project, as the Banbury 84942SRN faucet is low arched. Overall, I am hugely pleased with my purchase, great quality, bold durable look.
Banbury faucet
This was purchased for a remodel on a new counter top with a back splash. The finish is nice and faucet function is great. The only issue is the sink stopper system. It is set at an angle so a back splash won't allow the pull rod to pull back far enough to close the stopper of the drain on a predrilled 3 hole sink counter top. I had to bend the pull rod a few times to get it to work without binding too much but it still doesn't have the full smooth pull. I got it to work. On most 3 hole faucets, the drain the pull rod goes straight down into the cabinet. This pop up assembly is at an angle so if you have a thick counter top and a back splash less tan a couple inches from the pull location on the faucet base, you will have to put a couple bends into it to get it to work. I could have tried to grind the back of the center hole larger but did not want to risk damaging the top or having a spot that would leak below. This would work better on a top without a back splash or if the holes are drilled farther from the wall. That is my only complaint with the design on the pop up. Other than that it works fine and looks great.
