Love my ancient grandma’s Dowmetal griddle.When I saw this Analon nonstick it looked like it would be the worthy successor.Same size, real handle, so easy to make 6 buttermilk flapjacks at a time. Wipe cleanperfect!

Double Burner Griddle

Thus far I like this griddle as much as all our other Anolon cookware.It cooks evenly and stays well heated. The only improvement I’d suggest would be to make it a few inches wider.

I'm sorry to say that I cant use my double burner grriddle. I have a class top stove with none of the burners are the same size. I really would love to trade it in for another product from Anolon. Please contact me if this is possible, I would even pay for the return item.SincerelyPatricia Davis

I enjoy cooking with Analon Advanced fry pans.

I replaced my 2 original Analon Fry pans with 3 of the newer version called Analon Advanced. This version is more balanced, sitting evenly on any burner. The last set was used and abused for over 10 years and finally just needed to go. I'm super happy with the newer set and enjoy cooking with them very much.

Fabulous double burner pan.

Amazing pan. Non stick, heats evenly.. it took me half the time to make pancakes becUsr i more surface area.

Happy Purchase

I really like this griddle. I cooked some sausage patties and then some eggs over easy and was surprised at how easy it was to do both at the same time. Everything moved freely on the surface with no sticking. The griddle size was perfect for my center burner, and I was able to use a lower heat than I expected. I am well pleased with this purchase and wish I had found it long before now.

Great non stick griddle

I use this griddle to make pancakes, cook meat and vegetables. It is easy to clean and food does not stick to it. It is of great quality. I have bought a couple for relatives and they all love using this griddle to cook. I will definitely continue to use the Anolon brand.

Too much of a good thing?

The griddle seems really well made, but I haven't found opportunity to use it yet. It's so long, my rangetop will barely accommodate it, and the high handles-- good for oven use-- butt up against the back splash of the range, likely to cause damage.Cost of return shipping is prohibitive. (Was very high initially too.)In itself, I'm sure the pan would/will work wonderfully, but I'm unlikely to be able to use it much, and to that extent regret my purchase.

Since the Pandemic, my boyfriend has been cooking breakfast every Sunday morning, so I thought I'd make things easier for him and get this griddle for him. First, this is one solid griddle! Excellent quality, and the handles on either side makes it easy to maneuver. Love the fact you can use metal utensils! And it cooks FAST! I couldn't believe how fast it cooked the bacon, eggs, and pancakes - and there's room to make the bacon and eggs together! If you are a breakfast cooker, you're going to love this griddle!

Acceptable

I bought this to replace another Anolon double burner griddle just like this one. This newer one is not as nice as the previous model, material seems cheap and tinny. I kept it because this is only brand that fits my stovetop and I was tired of looking. It works pretty well and food does not stick.

Warped griddle

I had waited over 3 weeks to receive this shipment. Upon opening the package and placing the double burner griddle on the stove it was noticeable warped! I am very disappointed in the quality of this Anolon product. It is cheaply made and very lightweight. I have not used this pan and did call the Anolon to let them know.

Nice concept

I really love the concept of this. Using one pan across two burners. Not having to get out electric griddle when creating a big breakfast in morning. I haven't used it yet but does say the the pan will heat up evenly and it is also non-stick. The only negative I would say is that it can only handle oven temps up to 400 degrees so I guess you won't be able to broil. Anyway, I received on sale. I did not get a free product. I have gone back and looked at my reviews and many say I got a free product. i have YET to get a free product for ANY review.

really nice griddle

I used this Anolon Advanced 10" x 18" Double Burner Griddle with Nonstick Multi-Purpose Rack without the rack to make french toast on my gas stove. Although I did have hotter spots over the burners the heat was distributed well over the entire griddle. I used this with the rack and cooked a pork loin and roasted potatoes. There is plenty of room for most veggies under the rack but I had to chop my potatoes a bit smaller than I normally do to fit under it. That being said...the meal was awesome! I am sorry I didn't get pictures of my meals. Been a bit hectic...just know that this pan is well worth the price. My only issue was the rack could have set a bit higher from the bottom of the griddle.

I love this griddle and would definitely buy it again!

First off I was impressed with how solid the griddle felt without being heavy. It is supposed to be oven safe to 400 degrees so I decided to test it out straight away. I used the rack to cook bacon at 400 in the gas oven even though I wasn't looking forward to the cleanup. It worked great and the bacon came out awesome. I poured the grease off the griddle easily and it was so easy to clean! But racks are always a pain... Nope! Super easy cleanup! Next I used it for chicken quesadillas on the gas burners. No sticking, even the cheese I got on it came right off. I've used it since as a griddle and as a cookie sheet replacement. It's become a go to option for oven and stovetop.

Makes meals for the family with ease

This double burner griddle is excellent! We are able to cook pancakes, French toast and grilled cheese for the entire family at one time! The griddle fits nicely on our gas stove. I didn't notice a cool spot between burners which was a concern. The griddle is gorgeous. I love the weight as well. I never heard of Anolon but was very impressed with the quality. The one thing I would chance is the box. It looks cute but took people to get the box off.

Great product for pancakes!

I used the griddle to cook bacon on one side and pancakes on the other since it covers two burners. Worked great for both and food did not stick. Easy soap and water clean up too. The only negative for me was the griddle was not wide enough to use side to side on my larger stove top. I had to turn it and use front to back and the handles got in the way. It was a little bit of a hassle but for those with regular sized stove tops, it wouldn't be an issue. Will be using it again and again. Now to just find more foods to use it for.
