Poor cs don’t not buy

I purchased this cart and was missing one part that goes to the handle of the cart . I contacted cs immediately for Walmart and they informed me that they would contact the seller on my behalf and I would get a call within 48 hours I still have not heard from the seller . I reached out to the seller today and the rep informed me that she could not pull up my order to contact Walmart . I called Walmart and they informed me to just return the item I informed walmart that’s it’s heavy and I would just need the correct part but he informed me to just return it I asked for a manager and they kept me on hold for a long time that I disconnected the call. Poor cs on both companies I will be returning the item

HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO PUT TOGETHER A BAR CART WHEN YOU DON'T SEND ME THE BOLTS, SCREWS OR NUTS? I would love for a sales representative to tell me and not a Walmart bot. I'm not bob the builder - I don't have 60 random bolts and screws laying around. Ridiculous

Stunning bar cart!

I absolutely love this bar cart! I was a little hesitant as the posting on Walmart.com only included one picture which is strange. But I took as chance after reviewing identical bar carts on other websites. It looks exactly as pictured, thankfully. It’s a great height and size. I can’t wait to style it with my bartending essentials. The overall quality and style of the cart is awesome, but there are a couple flaws. The chrome metals and plexiglass sides seems like good/great quality. Hope that stands true. The welding of the handles could have been better. Then the awful sticker placed on the metal frame really annoyed me! The sticker is poor quanity and impossible to peel off. I had to scrub off with a sponge and cloth. So that area is flawed and REALLY bothering me.

Beautiful table. Came with minor flaws on the chrome handles and the castors were slightly stiff, but I would still recommend this cart.
