Our Order was handled seamlessly and our bed arrived very quickly. Wayfair was excellent!

Damaged and missing parts. We ordered the same bed in a different color a few weeks ago. The 2 boxes were shipped to Home Depot separately. After multiple trips to Home Depot and moving our bed out to set up the new bed the King headboard was damaged. We took back to Home Depot where they would only give us store credit. We had to use our credit so we reordered a different color. When I received an email that the order was ready for pick up, the email had an unknown name listed as pickup person. I got to the store to pick up the 2 boxes. One box was open and the employee said they had opened it to make sure all the parts were there (strange). This time before moving our bed out, we opened both boxes. The opened box was missing the hardware and 5 legs. The unopened box with head board was damaged.

Cheaply made with defects and damage

Almost every part in the 2-bed order was damaged/defective, & after we sent pics to AFI, they refused to send replacement parts, since most parts were damaged, so we returned it for a refund.

Cannot set it up on the highest level

The frame supports only come in the lowest setting so if you want the bed at the higher frame height you have to put books under the frame supports. The bed is a bit wobbly but looks really nice. If you are fine with a little redneck engineering it looks good for the price.

I liked the look of the product online. When received it was a little less robust than I expected. Assembly was not difficult. Product had damage to the headboard.

Footboard came in cracked reached out to vendor and a new footboard was sent out right away..Great Service!!

Looks nice - Stay away because it's cheaply made

Good: nice wood appearance. Bad: flimsy. At each corner the designer should have used twice as many fasteners. I cranked each fastener down as much as I dared, the soft wood under the fastener head caves in. Slats are wonky random shape until screwed down. They only provide fasteners for half the slats. Slat center unsupported at middle so I screwed in my own 2x4. Will this all last for years? Ha! NOT recommended. Too much hassle to return

This bed is cheaply made, poor quality, and hard to assemble. Came with dings and blemishes in workmanship. Stain also comes off VERY easily. Do not recomend.

Love this simple design

Very solid and clean, contemporary style bed frame. The low profile is great for younger or shorter people. The finish is really rich and blends in many different decors.

Twin XL bed frame

Great bed, not to hard to put it together!!! And it looks like it is a sturdy bed.

Perfect match to my existing furniture.
