Very misleading image

I was very disappointed when I received this. The image of the planter looks like a glossy ceramic pot. It is not, it's PLASTIC.To the credit of the company, they were very responsive and refunded my purchase. But I would advise them to change the image AND make it more clear that it is a plastic product.

These pots are of great high quality. Heavy made material that looks like they will really hold up in all weather conditions.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and has never shippef

I have called 3 times and my planter still has not shipped. It was purchased w a tree to be a gift. The tree arrived dead and the planter never came. I was a full refund. This was a total bust.

They were on the expensive side but exactly what I wanted and arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Came so fast - really heavy duty - very happy!

We are not using this as a planter, but as a pot for a short garden hose. The hole is already drilled so all you have to do is put the hose in the pot and place it where you want. The deep rust blends in very nicely with our red brick exterior.

They look pretty good!

From the photos, it looked like they might appear more pottery-like; however, I should have realized a 4# item made of resin would probably appear less like pottery. They are sturdy and look great in our landscaping!

I love the shape. Color is a little blah and not very pretty/exciting.

I ordered the 18" pot. Its lightweight & solidly build. I am disappointed with the color; I ordered rust and the color I received does not slightly resemble what's on the color selection list.

Nice big pot, but was expecting something more heavy duty. This is just a big plastic, light weight pot that seems to me is very over priced. I kept it, but next time I will go else where.

Perfect size for my potted palm. More of a dull putty color rather than rust, but works well. Has drainage holes in bottom, so I needed to line the inside since I didn't have a saucer that size for beneath the planter.
