Two things stood out to me

I work in facility maintenance, have repaired and installed a number of faucets. Two things stand out for this one: 1. It is the easy to install, the instructions are good. They have done some creative work to minimize time and effort under the sink. 2. When using, it is very easy to get a small stream of water. Many faucets have initial tension on the handle that makes the water flow suddenly fast and then you have to scale it back. Not this one.

Beautiful faucet. Terrible design.

A year after remodeling, this faucet is the ONE choice that I regret making for my new kitchen. I hate that you have to choose between using the sensor and the handle to turn the water on. And, leaving it on sensor mode confuses every single guest that comes into your house. But all that's fine. What's NOT fine is that the button that swaps to the spray feature has ALREADY BROKEN. I have to keep a flathead screwdriver by the sink to pry the button back out. I'm getting rid of this thing ASAP.

After three weeks, the water pressure stopped working on both hot and cold. There’s nothing obstructing the lines. Liked the way this looked. Not sure if I should get same one or try something different. But I need to return this one. Sorry…I like to give great reviews but this thing is frustrating.

Good looking tap. Easy to install.

I bought this product because it has great reviews. My experience was not great. The neck was loose, the spray sprayed oddly, cheap feeling and the handle was too long which was bad for faucets that are close to wall. I returned it. Wayfair customer is amazing

Great quality, we used it for about 6months so far without issues. The flow is a little bit slow, which I don’t mind in an effort to preserve water. And I think it’s fairly difficult to find stronger water flow in retail, given the recent restrictions… would buy again!

Bad product design

I was VERY unhappy to learn that you can only use the motion sensor OR the handle, not both. I did not know realize this was an either or product until my husband installed it and it was too late to return. Other faucets allow you to use both the handle and the sensor without flipping a switch under the sink. Terrible design.

SBS-1042 KITCHEN FAUCET

Unfortunately I had to return it as the motion sensor was faulty out of the box. It is a beautifully crafted piece of stainless steel, disregarding the faulty motion sensor, the faucet functioned quite well. I definitely wanted a new replacement but alas, it was out of stock and backordered months away, regrettably, I ordered another product. I do wish I could have waited for a replacement as it was simply a beautiful design.

[Rewarded Review] Speakman Neo Kitchen Faucet

I ordered the Speakman SBS-1042-SS Neo single handle touchless pull down sprayer kitchen faucet in Silver Stainless Steel. It looks great in our kitchen. The sensor turns off the water after two minutes. It uses single hole installation and a cover plate is not included. Installation is easy with the easy mount nut. The handle to turn the faucet ON can be used if not using the sensor and which lets you adjust the water temperature. The pull out wand has two spray options regular and spray. It looks really nice and we're happy with the faucet.

I was a little daunted when I opened the box as there seemed to be a lot more parts to this faucet than I anticipated. However, I need not have worried as the instruction that came in the box were very informative and easy to follow. I am not a plumber by any stretch of the imagination, but even I managed to install this faucet within 45 minutes the first time and without any mistakes. It works perfectly and exceeds our expectations.

[Rewarded Review] Easy kitchen upgrade

The Speakman Touchless faucet uses an optical sensor (that little hole on the left in the product photo) to turn the water on and off. This requires you to always leave the faucet handle in the "ON" positiion and wave your hand in front of the sensor and that, for me at least, will take some getting used to. However, when I do leave it on, the sensor works perfectly every time. .

[Rewarded Review] Premium Touchless Faucet

We have always wanted to try a touchless faucet in the kitchen. When your hands are full or dirty it is difficult to turn the faucet on. This Speakman touchless faucet is a great idea for stopping germ transference. The Neo has a convenient one handle all in one faucet with built in two function sprayer. It is stainless steel and a match for other kitchen finishes and hardware.

Excellent product

Very nive3. Exactly what we wanted

This faucet seems to be good quality and is beautiful. . Unfortunately, the one that was shipped is not the correct finish that we ordered and we cannot use it in our kitchen remodel. The return process has been unsatisfactory so far, but we are working with Houzz to rectify the purchase and are still hopeful for a good outcome with the Houzz satisfaction guarantee.
