Great Update
Excellent quality and style
Fresh up main entry door
Changed out all hardware including hinges and repainted door. Afterwords I installed a kick plate and security around entry knob and dead bolt. In addition, I replaced the glass from the side lights which really updated the look. Door looks really good for 45 years old. Only other option was to replace the door also which I now find unnecessary. Saved money and I’m very pleased.

Bought this to replace the original Schlage keyed lock that had broken due to the heavy weight of my front door. Looks nice, but should have lasted longer than 5 years.
Love this lever door handle!
This lever handle is handsome without being cluncky. It requires a full downward rotation to open the door. This makes it impossible for the cats or dog to open it on their own! Very happy about this! It operates smoothly and quietly. Love it!

We were in dire need of new door hardware since our original shiny gold knobs were tarnishing and sticking, and just an eye sore from 1989! Finally, we decided it was time to upgrade every door including the basement with Schlage Latitude levers in antique bronze. Big difference!

Unfortunately this item was defective and I returned it. The screw that holds the lever handle on the inside of the door would not tighten, just spun and spun.

Broke internally and locked me in my own house.
Lasted about 1 year which is pretty sad considering how expensive this little handle is. The latch stopped functioning when you twist the lever so I couldn't open the door. Pulled the handle and cover off to find that the internal latch system was in pieces. I have been in property maintenance and delt with doors and handles for decades. I have never seen this happen to a door knob before. Poor quality!
Great product, Home Depot rekeyed it for me for no cost, very helpful.
