I spent about $5-6 more for the Schlage than another brand. The other brand met ANSI Grade 3 certification, which is still good. Schlage has ANSI Grade 2 certification which is better.

I put in 5 handles today in my new house. I am 69 and have put in a few door handles over the years but these are the easiest install I have done! Each package had all I needed and no missing parts!

I installed this door know on a exterior breezeway entry gate. Fit well, no problems with install. Hope it stands up to AZ environment as thus was the only choice as Schlage doesn't offer non locking exterior handles.

Replaced our door handles and locks this weekend. Out of the two products I installed this was the least complicated one and it really took only a couple of mins to take off the old door handle and put this one on. It also looks fantastic.

The aged bronze looks so much better than what we had. These handles are also solid, you don’t get that loose feel like the builders quality. Better deal at Lowes than Amazon.

I really like the aesthetics of this knob, but installing became an issue with the back of the strike plate was longer than the door’s inset, causing me to have to grind it down to fit appropriately. It would be nice if the major door companies and the major door hardware companies could communicate!

Quality, easy to install, but poor directions

Just installed the handle on my exterior door today as an addition to an electronic lock. Looks good and feel like quality. Hoping it stands up to the heat and moisture of being an exterior door handle as the information on the website says it can be used for.

Product is great, shipping is terrible

Updating my entire house to these knobs. They look amazing. However, Lowes shipping is not great. The box that 17 door knobs came in was damaged, half opened, and I had one knob missing. I called support who got another knob shipped right away.

Replaced all the original Schlage bright brass levers in our home with Aged Bronze finish. Totally upgraded the look! Nothing wrong with the old latchsets even after 28 years! All the hardware fit perfectly, no prep needed. Wow, Schlage is such timeless quality, very impressed.
