We moved to a house that had sort of a half second story - just one big room with a ceiling fan but not enough overhead lighting. I was happy to find a way to add a light to the existing fan, which was a much more affordable option than installing recessed lighting and more convenient than buying lamps. The kit worked perfectly, and the light looks like it came with the fan. Very happy with this solution!

Light kit does not fit fan correctly. The fan speed switch ends up centered above one of the globes making it hard to change the fan speed.

Excellent Light Kit
I bought this light kit because I was tired of using lamps to light my room. The kit included everything I needed to install the light in less than 15 min. The size and quality of the light was exactly as described. Lighting Direct shipped out the light right away and I had it to my house in 3 days. I bought two of these lights and the both fit perfectly. I would highly recommended buying this kit for your fan. The price and shipping can't be beat anywhere else.
