Perfect fit
Perfect fit for replacing old fan.
A bit different
Fan arrived promptly. Used the same four mount holes as original. It has five smaller fan blades instead of the original four which allows a shallower mounting frame. The smaller unit emits a higher-pitched sound when runnung. Manually turning the fan revealed one blade scraping the frame,, so I bent it a bit and then OK. I made a mounting gasket from some half-inch pipe insulation to reduce vibration.

Works very well, I have a steel roof on my house and since I put the fan in I have notice that the house is a little cooler as it gets that built up heat out of the attic. Very happy wish I would have replaced it sooner.
