I’m not even sure I didn’t open the package, I just bought the humidifier replacement wicks so that I had them since I bought the machine. Many times if you don’t buy things like that when you buy the equipment and then you can’t figure out where to get the extras such as the wicks so like I said I never even opened the box and I won’t until the existing wicks start having a problem.

I have had this humidafier for many years and it just keeps on going. Home depot is the only store that supplies the filters.

The 4 pack was the wrong size . Had to return them and get the 2-pack that fit my Humidifier.

I change it every winter season doesn’t what it’s supposed to do.

I get new replacement wicks each season. Free delivery is key to my purchase! Thanks Home Depot!!!

I looked at several sites to compare prices for this item and Walmart was the lowest cost for this product. I always look at the Walmart site each time I look at buying an item online.

These humidifier pads work great, and they last longer, than you'd imagine.

Bottom of Filter disintegrated

Filters in both my humidifiers would not absorb water to the top. Humidifiers ran 24/7 and it took 2-3 weeks to evaporate. The bottoms of the element were slimy and falling apart and the upper part was dry.

seems to work well, difficult to get water containers to engage at the bottom when returned to the machine.

Long lasting filters

Filters last 3 times longer then the manufacturers brand, will be buying again.

Decent product and they last a decent amount of time, my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price keeps going up - more than $20 now.

recommended wrong size on website

Recommended the wrong size on the website when I purchased brand new humidifiers. Apparently they need to get their act together on the recommended suggestions. Very disappointed in opening a box when I have to change my filters and it’s the wrong size.

Terrible customer service on the app, tried to cancel an order of an item that was supposed to be in stock and was not. There is no cancel order option. Went to the text chat and all tbey did was ask personal information questions, they have all that on my HD account. I aslo gave them tje order #. No help at all. Finally Had an instore associate help us resolve the issue.

I had not used the humidifier for several years & was really surprised to find replacement filters for it. The filters fit perfectly & the humidifier is working great!
