Cartridge Replacement

After a year of being used very little, the cartridge needs to be replaced. We contacted Italia for the replacement and were greatly disappointed. We were not looking for a warranty replacement (although, we should considering the length of time before the product was faulty), we just wished to purchase a replacement cartridge. Italia was less than helpful, sent our request to someone else, and never got back to us. We have made several attempts to contact Italia. Now we need to deal with a dripping faucet or a total replacement of a more prominent brand.

I had to wait a while before installing this, but well worth the wait. It's pretty, understated, and works great! It does seem to aerate the water a bit no matter how long it's running (it's fizzy with bubbles), but it ends up just plain, flat water, so I think that part is fine. :)

Solidly made, puts out a good stream, swings easily but not too easily. All I worry about is whether I’d be able to find a replacement cartridge if ever I need one. There’s no customer service contact info in the paperwork. Given some sleuthing it appears it’s made by Italia, but that fact alone yields no assurance of parts or assistance. Fingers crossed we never need help, though, because this is exactly what we wanted and we love it!

I love my pot filler! It looks beautiful and was very easy to mount on my new quartz counter top.

AWESOME and Durable!

Never heard of this brand, but, thought we would take a chance based on look and price. Wow was my husband's reaction. He has updated many kitchens, and knows a good quality product. The insides of this faucet was made as they used to be made.... without plastic pieces. We said we wished we ordered this product before ordering our sink faucet (by a well know good brand). We would of liked to order ALFI instead for the kitchen faucet, knowing how well built this pot filler was.
