Bottle too wide

Bottle is too wide to fit behind disposal, we only have 2 1/4”.

Valve pump leaks

Pump will shoot water or soap currently when I press down, but when the device goes back up the water or soap shoots out of the little holes on the sides of the valve. We have two, and both do this.

Solid product, solid company

A good visual match for the Concetto. I have the supersteel finish, which stays looking clean. Precise soap dispensing, long spout, easy install, solid construction. Grohe makes good on their warranty, too - I had an issue with the faucet, and they sent free replacement parts.

Instructions were great and with my sweetheart under the sink and me holding from the top took no time at all to install in the existing hole in granite!

Doesnt work for liquid hand soap. Only liquid dish soap.

This a beautiful design and finish. I purchased 2 for the kitchen sink. One for the dish soap and one for the hand soap. The dish soap comes out perfectly but when I put in the hand soap- soft sense. or the Thinner generic liquid hand soaps- the dispenser gets stuck in the down position and will not come back up. It is - As if the soap is too thick or something is stuck or clogged. I tried to soak in white Vinegar to get any stuck soap out. Build.com customer service was wonderful kindly mailed me a replacement and it works just as bad. I am getting ready to contact Grohe directly to see if they have a solution for me. Maybe the Grohe hole is too narrow for thicker liquid hand soaps? I would like both my soap dispensers to match in design and finish. Previously I had 2 white ceramic Grohe soap dispensers, very old- 1993- and they were able to handle hand soap just fine, they were very old.

I bought this Grohe soap dispenser for my new kitchen. After looking at 4 different brands, this was the best quality and matched the faucet I purchased. Love it!
