Useful addition to Alfred lock

Play and play ease! Alexa works great controlling my Alfred lock

Not very good

I have a separate Alfred bridge specifically for each of my 4 Alfred locks. Each of the bridges is within 7 feet of the lock, most within line of site with no obstruction, some going through 1 wall, which should be expected as not everyone has an outlet directly next to the door. I am lucky to be able to get them all within 7 feet of the locks. But Bluetooth is flakey and in my opinion should not be used for such an important connection. These connect bridges work very well when the lock status is changed (lock or unlock) and it needs to report back to the app, but if you try to control the lock offsite or even on site through wifi it almost always errors out. My best guess is Alfred servers aren't up to the task of handling incoming requests. It usually takes about 5 times for a request to take (such as adding a code)... the first 4 it error out, the 5th makes it to the lock. Upsetting.

Nice looking and great features

Easy to install and works great at my home. I can view and control my locks anywhere anytime.

Must have accessory

Love that I can get notification when my lock is unlocked while im at the office or even traveling. Install was simple just plugged it in and synced to Alfred App. Now I get notification when im outside my house.

Great addition to Alfred door lock

Easy to setup. Works great with app allows you to see if door is locked from anywhere and lock or unlock from anywhere.

Connection issues

Didn’t connect to my iPhone 13 after numerous tries, and also tried with tech support. It took another rep to tell me to try on another device before it connected (iPad). Would have given 5 stars if my wife can also get notifications from her login of the app. What’s the point in only 1 parent getting notifications of when kids get home?

Great looking upgrade

I recently purchased this bridge due to the new esthetics. Definitely more sleek and I like how the cord is not visible compared to the previous bridge I owned

Much improved in appearance

Great update to Alfred Connect — simple installation: just plug in near the lock and hook up in the app. I’m using this with the prior version of connect on one lock and putting this one on a new Alfred lock on a second door in another part of the building. The connect device can only be about 10 feet from the lock, so you most likely will need a second if you have more than one lock and want to get status and control the second lock. Simple. It just works!

Love having Remote control of my Alfred lock

Very handy to be able to check the status of my look when im at the office and have the ability to let someone in when im not home. Also nice that it works with Google Home Assistant as we can Ask google if the door is locked or not before heading to bed.
