stopped working after 2 years; warranty is 1 year
I bought this two years ago and it recently stopped working. The chime doesn't make any sound when holding the reset button. I called Heathzenith and they confirmed that this means that the product is defective. However, they refused to offer a replacement since the warranty period is 1 year. I think it's unreasonable to expect a doorbell to last only 2 years. They're ok with their products failing and being repeatedly replaced. I'm disappointed and will be looking for another product that has a longer warranty.

With medical prescription expected weekly I needed to be home all day to receive the cooler. Imperative that I did not miss a delivery!

Don't wasye your money. Stopped working after a couple months. Replaced the battery, nothing. The part that plugs in stopped working altogether for no reason.

Wireless door bell
It is excellent. Setup took a few minutes, it works great with good volume so we can hear it all over the house, even on the patio. Since the bell is movable we can take it outside if we are in the yard.
A door bell CHARM!
We purchase this for my uncle who is deaf and sometimes he forgets to put in his hearing aids and this helps when someone is at the door. Thank you.
