Gorgeous!

I bought the Polished Nickel ones, for my new master bath and they are beautiful. Contractors are still doing work, so the picture isn't great, nor is the angle, but these are really beautiful lights. Worth the $ if you're in the mood to splurge. Please note - I was forced to rate the "installation" of it, so I gave it five stars because the contractor didn't complain, but I have no clue if it was easy to install or not - so ignore that rating.

Truly Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 3 different fixtures in the Ariana line, so I could redo a suite in my house with matching fixtures. All were shown as in stock when I purchased them, I was charged for all of the fixtures, but only two types shipped. The last type was shown with an estimated ship date of 9/19. That date came and went with no update from Mitzi. After about ten days, I emailed Mitzi and got no response. A week later, I emailed again, and got no response. Meanwhile, I had taken down the old fixtures in preparation for receiving the new ones that I thought were going to ship on 9/19. And I had already been charged for the backordered fixtures.

Beautiful light

I had been searching for a gold/brass light fixture for a small half bathroom. I ordered a couple but the color or finish were not what I was looking for. This matches our faucet and other fixtures beautifully and is truly brushed brass and not an ugly painted gold or yellow hue like some I've seen. It comes with tiny LED bulbs. Overall a bit pricey, but good lighting often is and it was totally worth it.
