Horrible customer support, cancelled my order against my wishes

I would highly recommend against purchasing fro All-Clad directly if you value customer service at all. I have the smaller size of this roasting sheet and it works ok so I decided to buy the larger one. I wanted to buy directly from the company but boy that was a mistake. After a full week of no update on my order, I finally reached out to them. 2 days later I finally received a response which was not helpful at all. They simply said they were busy and to allow more time for shipping. This was purchased as a gift. I reached out to see if they could do anything to make it right and instead helping me in any way, they cancelled my purchase even though I did not request them to do this. Now not only do I have no gift for the person it was for, but it wont even be coming at all because they cancelled it against my wishes. I specifically said NOT to cancel the order and they rudely did so anyway. No apologies, no empathy and they made the situation even worse against my wishes. By from amazon, williams sonoma, whatever but if you dont want to deal with rude customer support stay away from these people.

Heats evenly and super sturdy!

This is my favorite baking sheet for cookies and for heating up frozen foods. It heats super evenly without burning. There are parchment sheets which fit it exactly which help with cleaning but it also shines up nicely with Bartender's Helper. I have the D-3 jelly roll pan, as well, which is much heavier. I have to add a minute or two of cooking time whenever I use that, however, so I prefer the roasting sheet most of the time. Highly recommended!

The best!

I bought four of these and I’ll never go back to a different baking sheet… but I won’t need to as these will last a lifetime! I always use parchment paper which helps to keep them looking brand new even after years of use! Everything browns perfectly even and there has never been warping. If you want a perfect baking sheet, buy these. So worth the investment as you will never need to buy another again if you take care of them.

Easy Release, Even Baking!!

I absolutely LOVE this pan and have purchased a second one. Food bakes evenly and slides right off the pan. I do use parchment paper sheets on the pan also. They work great. The Pan is also easy to clean, just a little dish soap and hot water.

heavy duty baking sheet

I bought 2 of these are they fantastic. Just be aware the measurements on the site include handle to handle not total baking surface. I originally got the smaller size assuming the dimensions did not include the handles, returned those and got these. Also bought the All Clad cookie sheet.
