Quality, yes. Size, no.

I bought this pan to work on our new induction stove. I’m disappointed because the the size listed is the size at the top, and the pan is smaller than anticipated. It doesn’t hold as much or work well on the sync burners on our induction stove as we expected. The quality is good, though.

What I've always wanted!

For years I missed the days of Thanksgiving at our grandparents, with turkeys cooked in their enameled steel covered roaster. However, no matter how well cared for, the thin enamel would eventually chip, crack, and/or fade. When we saw the All-Clad stainless covered roaster, we had to try it. Two turkeys cooked so far, and this is the answer to our nostalgic cravings. The birds came out perfectly done, the oven stayed clean, and the stainless steel made for easy cleaning. While our open roaster still has a role, this covered roaster is now our go-to turkey pan.

Beautiful Roaster

I love my new roaster and am excited to use it. I know it will work as beautifully as all my other All Clad pots and pans. Will be testing the maximum size turkey it can handle this November.

All Clad is the professional chef standard choice according to everything I looked up on stainless steel cookware. It's easy to see why. This roasting pan is extremely high quality and as long as you follow manufacturer's recommendations performs amazingly well.

Love this pan! Cooks excellent but is pretty large for our oven.

Worth the wait

Bought this for my wife. Was back ordered for 3 months. Now that it has arrived, she loves it. Roasted our first chicken in it. Worked very well. Easy to clean. Great looking.

More Useful Than You Realize

Holy cow! This pot is fabulous and can be used for much more than Thanksgiving turkey. But, let’s talk Thanksgiving. I made my first turkey ever using this pot. The turkey was juicy and tender. Then I placed the pot on top of the stove and used it make gravy. Again, perfect. It is rather large, so to use it on the stovetop, you do need one of those oval burners or you can place it over two burners. It’ll work either way. But it you use the two-burner method, you might get hot spots. I also used it for pot roast, lamb roast, baked chicken, and pork roast. You could use this make a stew on the stovetop, as well. Haven’t done that but plan to very soon. It’s worth the price. Truly.

Beautiful but not large enough

This is a beautiful piece but does not hold what it said it did when I bought it. It would not come close to holding a 12 pound turkey so I returned it as that was my main purpose for purchasing.

This pot is very sturdy and well made. It fits any sized ham or turkey. It was very useful around the holidays! The rack inside is very helpful as well!

Sent the wrong roaster TWICE!!!

Not too pleased with being mailed the wrong roaster twice! I was sent a 15" both times. Customer service was great and fast at getting a replacement but, when it was still the wrong size it was pretty annoying to say the least

Rave Reviews for Roasted Bird

Fabulous, superbly made roaster! Makes cooking a pleasure! Roast chicken has a juiciness and satisfying savory flavor that even good breasts or legs can never hope to match. While separate cuts of chicken might need a sauce or breading to stand alone as a good meal, a really good roast chicken is only some salt and pepper away from being a plate-clearing meal centerpiece. The second time, I stuffed the bird and the seasoning also flavored the bird. Beautiful product! Well worth the expense.

Best Roaster Ever

This roaster produced a tender moist turkey and plenty of drippings to make gravy. I cooked a 15 lb bird and it fit very well. Cooking with the top on the roaster eliminated splatter in the oven and later kept it from drying out while I transported it to a dinner gathering. I’m looking forward to cooking more roasts in it.

Be warned! It's 15", NOT 19"!!

Arrived in a box clearly labeled as 15". When I checked the All-Clad website, they actually also describe it 19" with a reviewer saying it's actually 15 with their picture. The description varies depending on the vendor, but there seems to be only one oval roaster with a lid from All Clad, and it's 15". They must be including the handles in the measurement. This will hold a 12-13 lbs turkey. Anything bigger won't fit. The shipping was prompt and the box was well protected though. So at least there's that.
