My fixture turned out to be defective in a way...

My fixture turned out to be defective in a way that was only discovered once installed (dysfunctional diverter stem). I contacted customer support and they responded kindly, but shipped the replacement to an address that is not mine in another state. They are not responsive to my follow-up questions.

The Anzzi Spirito Series Single Handle Wall Mounted Shower Head and Bath Faucet Set in Polished Chrome is the product we couldn't wait install. Our bathroom renovation dragged on for months which in turn postponed using the Anzzi Spirito set. Its chrome finish is first-rate, as close to a mirror finish as you can get. Each piece of the set is high quality, with no one chrome colored plastic items that says “cheap.” The 8 x 8 shower head and extension is the right size for a relaxing shower. Our friend’s remarked about the classy shower/bath set that capped off our remodeling project. The plumbing was done by a certified plumber and we installed the pieces. No surprises or problems with the installation. The Anzzi Spirito Series Shower/Bath set isn’t cheap, but it works well and it’s also beautiful. Plus it has a lifetime warranty.

Nice, solid product. Very crisp and modern looking. Instructions provided by manufacturer were very vague, so I had to assemble the faucet & shower head to determine what depth to set the drop ear elbows. Better instructions would be helpful, but otherwise I'm pleased.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful showerhead and faucet!

I am really impressed with the quality of the ANZZI Spirito showerhead and bath faucet. It is a high-end European designed fixture. Just taking it out of he box, I could tell by its weight that it was made from high grade materials: lead free brass on the interior and the polished chrome exterior is a high gloss. Comes with a lifetime warranty for peace of mind.

[Rewarded Review] Very stylish Easy to install

This is kind a on the pricey side for me to purchase, but this is a well made tub/shower faucet. I have never purchased or installed a Anzzi combo before. The instructions that came with it show it having either copper or plastic connections on the diverter, but mine has 1/2" pipe threads. This did make it easy for me to purchase 1/2" copper female adaptors and install those and then solder my copper lines to that. That took most of the install time. The rest was very easy to install, just remove the tub spout and shower arm and install the new ones. Now I'm going to have to dress up the rest of bathroom since this looks to nice for the rest of the room. The chrome polish has a nice finish on all parts. All of the system is manufactured nicely are far as they didn't seem to skimp on the types of material they used. Since the shower head tilts some I don't have to stand that close to the wall and feel that it tight or cramped area. Very nice system.
