Hard to review products that never arrive

This is not the 1st time I've had issue w/delivery times or missing items. In this case the not only was one (of three parts) the wrong color, but the remaining 2 items were not even delivered! No I've got contractors 'waiting' for parts to continue. Geez, what's up with order/delivery folks????

Quality modern and stylish

I used this for my shower remodel. Please note this is designed for a tub you are required to have and use the bottom outlet. I overcame that by adding a hand shower which replaces the tub spout so that way the shower valve diverter works properly. This is a well-made unit very very modern and stylish and unique it's nice to me because of the square design if you look at most showers they are round everything is just round and boring. I attached several pictures so you can see how instead of having the tub spout I plumbed to a hand shower so the hand shower works as well as the rain shower. Everything went well with the install nice and easy hope it lasts

This is a really cool shower system. One issue you run into with this system is you have to adapt the dual valve system into a single and fill part of the mount system on the wall of the bath. Also when you work on an old system plumbing the back wall and it is cpvc I suggest you replace all plumbing to match the new addition. I also recommend using Teflon tape on all threads whether it is on plastic fittings or not.

This faucet set is stunning. The weight is so heavy and the “hand” speaks to its high quality. Every piece is solid and so beautiful, and the design is modern and unique. When we select faucets and handles, the solidness and weight are felt every time they are used, so it is worth paying more for quality like this. The sheen is very matte, darker than some satin nickel products, but it looks elegant! My contractor is demoing our original bathroom today, so we can look forward to enjoying this new set in a week or two. Just beautiful!

All parts are made from metal. Installation was only a few steps. Unfortunately, my plumbing was not compatible for installation. My pipes were previously soldered and I was unable to install. I suggest checking pipes and connections before purchasing a new shower kit. Other than that everything was of nice quality. The finish is consistent, the instructions are clear, and there are not a terrible amount of pieces and parts to install.

This is break through concept in purely square design bathroom faucet. Either the style and quality is aim for those high profile life style people. If you are going to creat a high profile design in your bathroom. Take a look of it. You will like it. First of all, this is a solid built brass casting body with fine polish of each of the part. Brush Nickel showing detailly to shine up it shape. Shower Head has good enough water fall with its 20 rubber nozzle to spread the water fall evenly. I measure the long square shower head attachment inlet and outlet with 1/2" for sure water flow. That is match to its advertisemnt - The Heavy Rain shower. A newer terminology Rhino Alloy which is high level treatment for the metal can stand harder strong and rust resistant too. that is first time I saw such wording for faucet design. roguh in valve is included and balance valve adjustment for Hot and Cold water flow. It is hardly to say how much I love it. Front cover plate is polished stainess steel with clear H and C for water control indication. Something for something. It is worth for its excellence. For Installation, I suggest better hire a Pro to complete the work for you. Because you need to install the Rough-In-Valve inside the wall and the tub and shower set up in correct measurement.

Every piece is made of Super Heavy Duty Metal~NO PLASTIC~ The Valve Body is solid brass with TOP QUALITY Valves. Evel the face plate is metal with a large heavy duty rubber gasket seal for the edge tp prevent any water from seeping behind it. Even the BOX is High Quality.
