This product was missing all of the hardware, parts list, and assembly instructions. Our local Home Depot tried to accommodate, but Home Depot.com refused to make any adjustments. It was also the last house available. It was inconvenient for us to pick it up, unload, find out that parts, etc. were missing--having to load it back into the car and unload again at Home Depot.
