Do not buy
Horrible quality doesn't last not worth the money wood is splitting the slide broke apart and its unsafe i wish i knew sooner. First and last time i purchase from this company
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Horrible customer service and even worse craftsmanship. The playground didn’t even last a full year and they won’t help you with any issues. Do not waste your time and money!
Very cute but poor quality
Really cute. But not sure how good the material is as some things are already cracked.
Decent Product. Good Customer Service.
The Customer Service from KidKraft is what got this up to 4-stars. One of the four walls came with a hole punched in it. We had seen the hole in the shipping box upon arrival but didn't notice the damage to the wood until we unboxed it. We tried to use the parts ordering form on KidKraft.com but the form there wouldn't accept the Lot number from the label on the box. So we contacted KidKraft customer service via email, provided them the order information, the Lot number we had, and images of everything, and they got back to us within 24-hours with a $0 sales order to confirm that the replacement parts had been ordered and would ship via freight. The walls are the biggest piece, and one of the only assembled pieces in the whole kit so they come on a double long pallet. We asked the freight company to take away the double long pallets and they did.
Kid love it, but the slide is frustrating
Kids love it but we have had it two years and I've had to replace the slide within a year. Got rid of the slide in the second year as the exact same parts failed on it again after replacing them through kidcraft
So far so good
Our 3 year old loves this thing, as to the neighbor’s kids. It took a few days to put together but none of the pieces were warped, as other reviews have suggested. We’ve only had it up for a few weeks so I can’t speak to longevity, but it looks really cute and has the perfect footprint for a smaller urban backyard.
Alles Tipptopp
Wir sind sehr zufrieden, der Aufbau war Klasse, dass Material und die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut.
Adorable, compact playhouse
Our 6 year old son & 4 years old twin daughters absolutely love this. Seems sturdy and well made. It was very difficult to put together so we hired someone to do it. But we planned on that along!
Aesthetic and perfect for the small yard space
Estimated build time is roughly 10-12 hours. Spouse built it with two buddies. All of them are pretty handy. He did not complain of workarounds or missing parts. The quality seems to be fine so far. My kid has loved going down the slide upside down, on his belly, with his lovies. He likes to pretend to water the flowers. I had a great time at At Home picking out decorations. It was a good find for our yard because we didn’t have the right grading or space for something with swings.
House in our trees. Perfect escape.
Love this two story playhouse! The slide is super fun and my girls can’t get enough of the little kitchen.
No Replacement Parts
I purchased this playhouse 2 years and 5 months ago, which means it is now "out of warranty" (the warranty is 2 years). For more than a few months (ie when it was still "in warranty") this slide started to crack in multiple places, leading to an obviously unsafe condition that meant our child couldn't play on it. I recently requested (and received) the replacement parts to repair the slide, but in the process, realized there was one more piece that needed to be replaced. When I reached out to request a replacement of this last part, I was told "Due to the limited availability of replacement parts and organizational changes are reserved for in-warranty consumers. Our quoting department is no longer active and we cannot issue quotes moving forward." Just because the warranty on something is 2 years, doesn't mean it should immediately become unsafe/useless at 2 years and 1 day, particuarly when you paid over $1,000 for it. Will never purchase something from this company again.
Falls apart, becomes dangerous in less than 1 yr
I bought less than 1yr ago and slide braces are breaking, ladder has broken. My kids are small and young and not even rough. For the $ it’s not worth it. BIG Safety risk!
Playhouse
I bought this a few weeks ago don’t feel it was worth the money it is really poor quality wood is warped
Okish for the first year w/ one small child-
We have had not even had this two years. I only have one small child that was three at the time of purchase. The slide has fallen apart, the paint has faded and chipped, the play house itself has had boards fall off. All this after only one small child has played in it for a year and a half. I have tried to purchase hardware to keep it all together- but it is not going to last another year.
Great play house! Long assembly time!
Great playhouse. My daughter loves it. Only issue I had was with assembly. Box states 3 hour build time with 2 people. I am an aircraft/auto mechanic and my father-in-law is also very handy. It took the 2 of us 10-12 hours to assemble.
Playhouse review
Everything looks like it was advertised and we got package with no major issues.
Great until it breaks. Good luck getting help.
Half of the clamp rings on our slide broke after a little over a year of light use by a single 4 year old. I've now been unsuccessfully trying to order replacement parts for OVER A MONTH. (Request #685440) Customer service was initially responsive and quoted me $65 to replace all of the clamp rings. I agreed and was told my request would be sent to the "payment team". That never happened and customer service has stopped responding to my emails. I've now resorted to calling them to get this resolved but have been sitting on hold for nearly an hour. I'm not looking for special treatment or even warranty replacement. I just want to pay for the parts and move on with my life but KidKraft seems unwilling to accommodate that.
Kids love! But, A few concerns
I bought this playhouse for my own little one and my daycare kids to enjoy. I have a small in home daycare. The kids absolutely love it and were so excited to use the slide especially! They have not stopped playing on it for their outside time since it was set up. It was the perfect addition to our playground.
Nice playset.
Nice playset. It was easy enough to assemble that my 9 year old son helped do almost all. It did take a full day to assemble. The wood can be a little warped so having some muscle to help align some pieces is helpful.
😵💫
Comes in 100,000 pieces. Will come damaged. Customer service to get help is awful.
