I never received this item. It was delivered somewhere else and marked as delivered. Since it never came to the CORRECT address we filed a complaint with Wal Mart. They refused to refund our money ($321) or replace the item. DO NOT ORDER THIS FROM WAL MART. They will NOT work with you!!!!!!!!

Great Play Set - Catch it in a sale

Purchased this on sale for $200 and what a bargain. Every piece required to build it was conveniently labeled in the kit. The instructions were clear and I was able to assemble by myself in just over 5 hours. We’ve had it up for a couple months now (in the Texas heat, rain, and wind) and it still looks great. Instructions say to apply a weather sealant annually, which I will do.

Fun swing

Nice swing set for the price. Seems a little unstable after a few months of use. Unsure if it is due to the quality or professional installation.

Missing parts

I think the swing is great but it came with some of the hardware missing. It was missing several packs of important screws for the steps and the rock climbing wall.

We wanted a sturdy swing set for our 2 yo. And found this one at Walmart. The package arrived missing parts - Walmart is not involved when that happens - so you have to reach out to the manufacturer to get the parts. They aren’t super responsive, so that took a while. Otherwise, a good swing set

The wood has already split in several places. It is not sturdy. I wish I could return it. It will not last anytime. Very disappointed!!!

You get what you pay for. This set is perfect for my one year old, but I cannot see a child over the age of 3 being able to use this. It’s very small, not very well made, and takes about 6 hours for someone very handy with power tools to put together. All in all the price is on par with what you get. It certainly doesn’t come close to those $1000 play sets. I can literally pick the entire play set up and move it with one hand.

My Grandson just loves his new swing and I couldn’t be happier about the time he is spending on it…he loves the big boy swing the rock wall and the big slide.. and most of all his momma put it together for him!!!

read the reviews before you buy this product. the instructions for building the playset will confuse you, you need a second person for ease of building, and the wood itself is a very soft wood so it doesn't feel very durable. we got this for my two-year-old and my nephew, and they love it but building it was a whole different Beast. Not to mention the packaging makes it look like it's going to be a way more fun playset than it really is.

I just got it so I can’t speak to durability yet but as of now I am very pleased. It smells amazing because it’s real cedar wood!!

i bought for early xmas gift for my great grandson. his parnts said it was well made took about 7 hrs to put together all part were there and that littleman age 4 loves it

sturdy

4/5 stars my kiddo loves it but i would actually pay to have someone come put this together. it took 8 hrs dor 2 grown men to put it together... only fall back the green piece "chalk board" is only held up by a couple if screw and it not safe as a child xould easily fall thru or be pushed thru it.. we used some old boards we had to brace it in the back.

Good set

I like it very much. I didn’t like that the instructions were pictures only and had no word instructions .

The wood cracks and breaks very easily! Screws and bolts come loose often having to tighten things down. The slide is already cracked as well! Flimsy but has lasted a year with upkeep

Really poor quality. I bought around 3 months ago and woods already rotten. When my kids swings it sake whole structure.

Wal-Mart will not send correct item.

I still have not received my swingset. After talking to customer service three times over the last few weeks, they still cannot get it together enough to send me what I ordered. They sent me a table instead of a swing set. After sending it back as requested, they still cannot figure out how to send the correct item. I'm beyond frustrated with my experience with Wal-Mart.

Wood started splitting as we put it together had to find ways to reinforce it. Made very cheap with thin wood

Easy enough, but follow closely

This took me 8hrs to put together by myself. Pay close attention to the directions, especially when it comes to where holes are located because they will be used on down the line. In section 12A there should be two more TN nuts used but not documented luckily you can add them when need a few sections later. You won't need anything stronger than a electric screw driller, I used a 12v Dewalt screwdriver and still almost over torqued a few screws.

Very pleased with the swing set. It is perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. I did go to Lowe’s and purchase more durable anchors. Highly recommend.
