HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY 3 GRANDSONS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED 4 SEPARATE BOXES, ONLY RECEIVED 3 OF THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Walmart fail

Ordered this set for our children 1 box and the swing set never arrived. When we called to let them know apparently there was nothing they could do. They gave us a credit and told us to contact kids Kraft. We did and they literally wanted double.

Terrible experience

My husband and I bought this for our 4 children. It supposedly comes in 4 boxes. After purchasing, we got shipment confirmation but then 2 of the 4 boxes were canceled. They broke the entire item down into components which isn’t possible because it’s 1 piece and not sold separately. They only sent me the slide, NOTHING ELSE. Walmart couldn’t even explain how this happened. I would’ve felt better had they canceled the entire order. My money was never refunded and my children are so sad and disappointed because we’d told them already. This was an awful experience. We took off work, so did my in-laws, to have enough people to put this together in a timely fashion and this happens. It’s utterly ridiculous. It hurts to see my children so disappointed, running around in an empty backyard just looking for things to do. Its even worse now because they keep asking us the same question, “where’s our new playground, when is it going to get here”.

After my young kids (3%266) have used the swing set, it is not withstanding time. The tube slide is cracking in too many places to count. The wood is splitting on the frame. I’m so afraid for my kids safety as so much is falling apart. For the money spent, his set is NOT worth my kids injuring them selves as it becomes even more structurally unstable.

Great set

Took 1 person 2 days to assemble but was very informative. Fits

not that good

started putting together and when you start screwing the wood starts cracking. almost all wood pieces are cracked. qhen 4 yr old daughter swings on the swing set the whole top part moves. dont think it will last six months before it will fall apart. not sturdy at all. wooden beams are way too thin.

Okay, not super impressed

Overall the quality is decent. I did have to get one replacement part, and was super impressed by how easy that process was. Overall the swing-set is way smaller than i anticipated. I feel like i could’ve gotten way more for my money had i shopped elsewhere.

Missing parts of swingset

I never received 1 of the boxes to the swing set, even after trying to have it redelivered. Box 2 of the swing set was delivered ripped open and missing parts. Trying to get a full refund for the swingset was difficult when working with customer service who did not understand that 1 box does not equal the full amount for the set and that all boxes would need their own return pick up scheduled.

Very expensive junk

Opened the first box to get started. Pieces were not packaged together in the correct steps. Had to sort through 2 boxes just to yet through the first couple steps. Then afyer the first couple steps we were unable to do any more because the boards were cracked and chipped and all messed up. We tried to make it work but the cracks just split more and we were unable to use the boards at all. We had to box all the parts back up to return. Currently waiting for replacement boxes. Hopefully the replacement boxes will be in better shape cause my son really wants this swingset....

Great playground

Great product. Bit of a time consuming build, but instructions are thorough and BILT app has a step by step tutorial as well. Shipping was quick - just over a week. Came in 3 large boxes.

Kidkraft Skyway Resort Wooden Swing Set

My four packages all arrived early and with no damage. We took our time inventorying all the materials and everything was good. This does require two people to build and we spent probably three total days over three weekends putting it together. We didn’t skip step just went in order as it was presented in the instruction book. Only modification we had to make was the two support brackets on the tube slide, but that was not a problem. Overall quality of the wood, cuts and just fitting together were great.! Had we of tried to put this all together over one weekend would have been overwhelming but by breaking it up over three weekends made it much easier for us. Highly recommend this set.

We loved everything about this swingset

When I purchased this swing set I was really worried that there would be issues with it after reading the reviews. To my surprise I had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. It is exactly as pictured, and I used the blt app 3d instructions to assemble it. Every hole board cut, and length were cut precise. my experience was great. I don't know where the bad reviews came from unless there were quality control issues during manufacturing. the slides were sturdy. It is a somewhat intense build and will take more than one person to assemble, on some steps, and a little over 3 days if you don't have a couple people. I would recommend this from my experience.

Missing parts

I called Walmart to get a refund and was transferred too five different people. They scheduled a Fedx pick up with a confirmation email only to find out Fedx can’t pick it up they have to schedule another pick up from their warehouse. Then I was informed that after the pick up ( when ever it maybe 🤔) I have to wait 10 days for my money to be returned.

I was concern buying this online and getting bad quality wood. It took awhile to put together but the quality is absolutely amazing . Very relived with that .I also like that it’s bolted down so it’s not going anywhere . My 5 kids absolutely loves it : and it holds a prettt good size weight . As me and my husband were on it and it held us too . I definitely recommend

It came in 4 different boxes, one got lost on the way but fast to shop me another one! Product took about 10 hours to put together with 4 men. My 4 year old loves it.
