Great service but measure twice is a good rule.

Love the sink but company drilling sink into Denton said American Standard numbers were for smaller white sink. He cut hole 3” too small. Of course measuring guy should have double checked. The sink and template were in bathroom for him. They have to reorder.

Looks very classy under my new counter.

They seem great quality and for under $60 each that's amazing value. I wish there had been photos that showed the new black permanent logos before I purchased, seeing that I probably would not have ordered. With the white countertops I'm having installed I worry they'll be very distracting. I wish they had a light gray logo like Kohler or Moen. The black is just a bit much. I'm on the fence about returning.

Terrible logo which is not removable.

Sink shape is fine but I hate it because it has the big logo which is apparently not removable. I feel this ruins the look of the counters/top sink area. WHY????? who wants to look at a logo every day?

Nice, but not without problems

The bowl area that the drain is in is very angled. Not sure why they are made like this but the plumber had to reseal it 4 times to stop the leaks. The outter edge of the gasket was all that made contact with the bowl. He finally had to use a combiation of the gasket and putty.

The sink is not installed yet. The service to buy and install it has been poor. The sink was sold for a counter where it does not fit. The installer has been poor and not helpful.

Fine/as expected with one bothersome flaw

I'm a homeowner having to replace my current basin and have yet to install this one. This model seems well-designed, well-made and a good buy. However, I want to point out that the American Standard logo, baked into the glaze, is noticeably and disappointingly off-center! As this is obviously something you see every time you use the sink, I'm surprised there isn't better quality control.
