Logo ruins sink

Sink is fine but the logo on the backside completely ruins the vibe. Pretty big bummer

We had a small crack in our ensuite sink and this replacement fit perfectly. We couldn’t find a replacement at any of the hardware stores around us.

Good product ... poor packaging

I recently purchased two of these sinks. When I got them home and unpacked them, I was impressed with the way the box containing the sink had been very well packed inside another bix. However, when I opened the inside box containing the sink, there was absolutely no additional packaging material. One sink made it, one was shattered. So, now I have to wait another 10 days for the reordered sink. Just a bit more care on the part of the manufacturer would have made all the difference! Very disappointing.

Called needing small sinks for my dental office up grade. The customer service people were most helpful. The longish on hold time was worth the wait. Good products, fast delivery.

Saved me some dough having to pay Steve for a replacement.

The top mounting surface should be very flat. When flipped over on a flat surface this one had about a 1/4” wobble to it. As it is would not be a reliable mount, likely to leak or even fall off.

Not the size as mentioned in description. It’s much smaller. Need to return it. So disappointed.

Don’t like the “American Standard” stamped on the middle of...

Don’t like the “American Standard” stamped on the middle of the sink bowl. Makes it look cheap. It’s not shown on the pictures on the Home Depot websit.

Questioning

I love the sink, however I don't like the fact that "American Standard" is engraved right into the sink and right under the faucet so it is clearly visible. I just don't understand why that is done.

Ordered two of these from Build and 4 from another vendor, all of them defective! Check drain outlet for defects if you are brave enough to try this manufacturer.
