Product was good just delivery delayed

I love the toilet, but I don't love the seat. It is not stable and moves back and forth and front and back. From my research, it requires a to8ilet seat expanding rubber bolt. apparently the ones used by manufacturer are not adequate nor stable. I am elderly and this movement throws me off balance.

Purchased 3 Deer Valley dual flush toilets. 2 work great the other constantly plugs. Plumber been out twice. Possible defective toilet

Nice One Piece Toilet

This appears to be a solid and well built unit. I don’t unbox a lot of toilets but I was very impressed with the packaging of this one, it’s the first large, fragile piece I’ve had delivered that didn’t have any damage whatsoever. It came fully encased in styrofoam and even had the seat already installed with film on areas that might rub and cause abrasions during transport. My only two complaints are that it was difficult to get the unit out of the bottom half of foam without making a big mess and that there are access holes in the porcelain to secure the bowl to the plumbing flange. These holes were not shown in the online pictures.

Sleek modern design

This toilet a sleek modern design. It has two flushers, which encourages you to use less water. The oilet was easy to install and took roughly 40 minutes from start to finish.

Seats feel very cheap. Move when siting on. So comes out of alignment.

Sleek and Sylish Toilet- who knew !

This is a sleek and stylish toilet. It even comes with a removable insert seat for the little ones to use. The product is well made, with both flow levels for the amount of water used with flushing. We love the more modern design and how easy it was to install. It is the perfect update to make your house bathroom renovation complete. Highly Recommended!

Great quality

Has not been installed yet but like the look and all appears in good shape (no damage)

Looks and works great. Only complaint is that the porcelain in the inner part of the rim seems to scratch easily with the metal brush wand and leave scuff marks.

A Solid Choice in 1-Piece Dual Flush

This is our first one-piece toilet install and it's clear they will soon be the standard. They offer better appearance, are far easier to clean, and they reduce the chance of a tank seal leak. It's heavier to set than a two-piece, but not awful. It does take some finesse to align over the hard-to-see flange bolts. The supply connection is quite obscure - I suggest installing the supply to the toilet from the back before setting it. This model uses a 1/2" FIP hookup rather than the more typical 7/8". It's fully assembled out of the carton. Parts provided include SS flange bolts, caps, bolt access covers, and a horned wax ring. Flush components are all generic, shorter in this model due to the smaller tank. Casting is quite good, although the porcelain has a few tiny pits in it. The tank top edge should have been glazed to minimize the exposure of unfinished clay. Operationally, it's better than most dual flush models and perhaps not as noisy. The seat is standard and of average quality, with a well-designed child potty seat insert that clips on and off easily. Altogether a solid choice among mainstream dual flush offerings.
