Bad Engineering

While the fountain certainly does its job, the pump and power supply appear to have been sourced from the lowest cost provider with no thought to the importance of their roles. My pump is single speed, using a plastic door (which was broken on arrival) to "slow" the water. Consequently, the power supply runs not just warm, but hot, wasting energy and presenting other hazards.

Beautiful fountain!

We had bought a different model a couple months before and took it back. It was splashing half the water out every 2-3 days even with the pump turned to low. However, we are ecstatic with this model! There is very minimal splashing with this design. Absolutely love this fountain!

A Beautiful Fountain

The fountain was shipped perfectly. It was carefully packed in Styrofoam. The clear and simple directions were printed in a nice folder, with pictures, arrows and a help phone number ( which we did not need). The 90 pound carton arrived on a Thursday afternoon. My 86 year old husband had it placed and working Friday morning !
