Terrible!

I purchased the throw and agree that once washed the surface texture pills terribly. Additionally, the surface pulls extremely easily so if you have pets, this item and all like it will be ruined instantly. Avoid this!

A little fragile

It’s a beautiful blanket with a soft feel but it pics easy. I have already experienced a couple pills that had to be trimmed

Great blanket!

Great blanket! I bought this blanket for spring/summer as most of blankets are wool. This blanket is really soft but still has some weight so it feels high quality and cozy. I thought it was going to be too small but it is actually a nice size.

Outstanding quality

This is our third blanket of this type. We absolutely love them, they are warm, comfortable, and soft. It is excellent quality.

Pulls like crazy - looks wrecked after two washes

We got this beautiful blanket as a gift for our baby’s birth. It’s gorgeous, so soft and seemed so durable. Baby loved it. But after two washes per the care label instructions - wash on gentle, dry on low - the blanket has hundreds of LARGE pulls in the threads. It looks like it’s been mangled by an aggressive cat. I’m so disappointed given its high cost and Coyuchi’s history of high quality items. Devastated, honestly.

This the third item I’ve purchased of the Cozy Cotton collection. I love the softness of this line.

Warm winter comfort

This is the second throw I have purchased from Coyuchi. The first was the Topanga Organic Matelasse Throw. It is wonderful, soft, and perfect for spring and fall and has a permanent place in my living room for chilly evenings. Alternatively, this cotton organic throw is lined and therefore thicker. It is so soft and warm and the perfect replacement for winter evenings snuggled up with your favorite pastime. I would buy either of these products again in a heartbeat for myself or as a gift for others.

Soft and cozy throw that snags

I am a big Coyuchi fan as represented by the linens in my home. I just loved this throw, it was the one everyone chose to cuddle up with. However, early in I begin to notice thread pulls. By the second laundering on cold, gentle the throw pilled very badly. Coyuchi’s customer service is very good and they are allowing me to return the throw to exchange for another. I won’t choose this particular one again. I have several of Coyuchi throws and have never had a problem before. It may be the problem was with this one particular throw, mine was indigo. Be super careful if you choose one.

Soft and cozy

I love this blanket! It’s so soft and truly is cozy. I liked it so much that I purchase two throws in the same style/fabric. It’s a nice layering piece for colder months but can also be used on its own when the weather is warmer.

No regrets

I have been eyeing this blanket for a while, when it went on sale I finally bought it. I have no regrets, it’s everything I was hoping for, it’s so soft and cozy but nice and breathable do I don’t get hot, I think it will be a nice 3 season blanket.

Best Organic Baby Blanket

This will be my first little one and I wanted the best! When this blanket arrived I didn’t expect such a soft, and well made material. Exactly what wanted for my first little one!

Thread-bare and pills instantly

I really want to love this blanket. It's the perfect weight and is super soft. But after an accident spilling some tea I had to finally wash it. I have a Miele front end washer and used the delicate cycle to wash. No garmet bag or pillow case is large enough to fit a king size blanket, so I added some pillow cases to the wash per the care instructions. I lined dried and then fluffed on gentle in my miele dryer.The result? numerous threads are pulled out. It looks thread-bare, and old - even though I've only had it for a couple months. At this price point it's really disappointing and makes me quite frankly sad whenever I look at my bed. I'm able to wash the most delicate of clothing (silks, cashmere, etc.) with awesome results with my Miele. But not this.

Love the look, softness and warmth of this blanket but it began to pill a bit after a couple of months. After washing it the entire blanket has pills all over it. It looks absolutely ruined. Too expensive of a product to have this happen.
