Fine cot. Was disappointed that the clips were plastic. So far they've held up well.

[Rewarded Review] A few work arounds and it's great!

I LOVE this cot! It IS a bit stiff trying to put it together initially, but I figured out that it's easiest when the 2 long main poles are in, to turn it on its side, versus laying it down to assemble w the legs. Holding onto the top/one main pole,(other pole side resting on ground) put the center leg in first, then one on very end, then the other on opposite end, do the middle two last. If you put the "foot" of the cot leg in the bottom rail, then lower your weight into your arms, you can bend the cot leg into the spot easily, to fit. So, if the legs are numbered 1,2,3,4,5, you would want to do it in a 3, 5,1,2,4 order, if that makes sense. I'm no beefcake and I can do it at 53! This cot is great for sleeping out with no tent, too!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this

We bought two of these. They are fabulous. Easy to set up, sturdy and very comfortable. We are able to put two of these in our 3 man tent with only 2" left on the side of the cot. We use a lightweight inflatable pad (hiking version) on top and this is as comfy as a bed. The only drawback is that the metal legs may rub a hole in your tent floor if you are on rocks. We seemed to have solved that by using a rain poncho under the tent, with a footprint on top of that and then the tent floor. It reduces the friction. We have also used pool noodles wrapped around the feet, which works perfectly. I have used these for about 15 nights and never had a sleepless night caused by the bed (sleepless nights were caused by bears in the area).

[Rewarded Review] One major Flaw

First off, great cot. Having a sleeve for an air mattress is a superb idea!

Great lightweight cot

Used the cot on a warm weather summer pig hunt to keep me off the ground. Easy set up and break down. Lightweight and compact. Very comfortable. The feature of placing the sleeping pad inside the fabric sleeve keeps the pad from shifting around as you move.

[Rewarded Review] BFOW approved.

I bought this so I could get BFOW back in the pointy end of a canoe. So far so good. Goes together very nice and is holding up under limited use because the ice is still melting.

[Rewarded Review] Solid, easy to use.

I bought this cot for kayak camping trips. I have set it up and used it (on level ground). It is easy to set up, very stable and actually comfortable to sleep on. There is one caveat, I have not used this out in the wild (it is winter in alaska and all the waterways are frozen), so I cannot speak to how it handles uneven ground...yet.

Comfortable

Very comfortable. I still use a pad on it though. I got tired of sleeping on the ground after two decades of it. It doesn't set up fast at all and it's impossible to set up inside your tent. It fits in my pack and my small tent for hunting.

[Rewarded Review] Destination: office campground

Would not bring this on an expeditions by any means but when your husbands work calls for him to camp out in your office... this cot does the trick. Easy set up/break, comfy for naps or over night use, low to the ground so if you are an active sleeper it won’t hurt too much if you roll off. Office cot is a must when you have to be on call 24/7 for programs.
