Moved into our new house had two of the four faucets already replaced less than three years. Cheap product and the handles fall off way too easily.
Beautiful but as yet uninstalled
Nice Faucet, But Slow Install for DIY Couple
The faucet construction was nice and heavy with a nice finish. There were a few minor problems with installation. We thought that someone may have had the faucet before us, because the hot water handle was unscrewed when we went to put it on. Because the handle has to sit in a certain position to pull forward when turning the faucet on, it took us quite a while to get the handle straightened out. The faucet definitely took longer to install than we anticipated for a couple, who installs a new faucet every 10 years. There were a few minor improvements, which could be made in the directions too. Overall, we were pleased with the finished product, when we got done.
Leaks inside the cabinet
My builder installed this beautiful faucets in all my bathrooms. Unfortunately, they all leak inside the cabinet if you clean them or splash them while washing your hands. The contractor that installed then does not want to take responsibility and keep saying that the water is not supposed to be there and their solution it to put silicone around them. Are you kidding me? There should be a gasket inside it that seals the faucet, not silicon outside…Kohler, please comment!

Caution
I offer caution if you choose this product. The tee and the hoses that “snap” into the tee leak. It is now taking 7-10 business days to get replacement parts from Kohler. Seems others have had the same issue with the tee.
Pop Up Drain Does Not Match
I bought 3 faucet sets in vibrant brushed nickel for a bathroom remodel. 2 sets matched but the third cover was chrome and not brushed nickel. Now I have to pay to have it taken out and replaced. Very disappointing after spending a lot of money on Kohler products.
