help with plants

the plants were wrapped carefully and boxed well for protection. unfortunately when I unwrapped one and saw it had three leaves broken off. they are succulents so they do break off easy. I emailed the company at Altman Plants with a picture. I received an email a few hours later and was told they were sorry and had already sent me three more plants. I felt this is what customer service is supposed to be
