Altman Plants Aloe Vera Succulent is such a low-maintenance and versatile plant to have around! It arrived healthy and vibrant, ready to brighten up my space. I love that it’s not only a cute decor piece but also super useful for soothing minor burns or skin irritation. It’s really easy to care for—just a sunny spot and minimal watering. My only tip is to double-check the potting soil to make sure it drains well.

The packaging on this Aloe Vera plant was very poor. When I opened the box, there was dirt everywhere except in the pot. The plant itself wasn’t looking so good either. It dropped two leaves about a week after I received it. They were rotting. These pictures are after a month of me trying to bring it back to life. I have received plants in the mail before so I know they can be shipped correctly and survive. Hopefully once I transplant it into a decent pot it makes it out alive.

I opened the plant and the dirt was everywhere. The poor plant was dead, rotten, I have repotted it, gave it fresh soil, I love plants and have never had a dead one before. I hope it comes back. The roots weren’t in the soil, very poor packaging of the plant and poor delivery. I wish it could be replaced. I will buy another just to finally have another aloe plant in the house, the prices are low. This plant does not have a fragrance, however it did have a scent of rot.

I was so extremely excited to get this aloe plant! The packaging it came in wasn't the best, but it did the job. I re-potted out of the nursery pot into a bigger, more suitable pot right away. It was already a pretty good size and was growing really well. Aloe is one of the best house plants to start with, very easy to grow and maintain. Having an aloe vera plant around is great for any burns or sunburns you may receive. It's great for a natural remedy to treat burns.

Generally, I love Aloe Vera Succulent plant. Sadly when I received the plant, the aloe Vera plant was separated from the pot and dirt was everywhere in the box. However I did manage to put it back together and watered it. Some of the aloe Vera leaves were bent badly. I gave it a few days and the plant looks a little better than I first had it. The size was perfect and cute for my powder bathroom.

I'm so happy with my Altman Aloe Vera Succulent! It's a beautiful addition to my living room. The plant arrived healthy - although a bit roughed up - and vibrant, and it's been thriving ever since. Thanks Influenster and Altman for this campaign. It came with a 3.5 inch grower pot. Packaging is great except for dry soil; however luckily aloe Vera is very drought tolerant plant. I transferred it to my indoor pot. I love this plant very much. Aloe Vera is my favorite plant which has many benefits from growing. It is attractive for decorative purposes, and also I use Aloe gel as topical treatment for skin conditions, such as burns, wounds, and rashes.

The packaging was nice and considerate of the plant. It came in a narrow tube like box to help keep the plant upright and the box was labeled for handling configuration. The plant itself was wrapped in a paper that allowed you to pull it straight out of the box without touching or effecting the plant. The plant also had a cellophane wrap rubber banded on it to keep the soil from spilling out. The plant was in great shape and fully alive and doing well.

Thanks to Influenster for the chance to test this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The idea of this is great for someone who can’t seem to start plants up for the life of her. However, the aloe did not ship well. When I opened the box, the plant itself was out of the container and therefore had a dead leaf. I was able to get her back in the grower pot with assistance from a stick, however, she isn’t coming back to life fully despite my efforts. If you’re getting this for the aloe specifically, great. If you wanted to keep it growing, good luck

Getting a new plant is always exciting. Came banged up a bit but within a week it bounced back. It is a small plant and will need to be repotted . Aloe is so beneficial and healing. Love that this company gives a portion of their profits to local animal shelters. They do offer a 100% guarantee satisfaction which is always awesome. This company strongly believes in rescuing homeless dogs and cats. I received this product for free in exchange for a review! 😁 Outer packaging: the aloe vera plant I received was double wrapped inside a cardboard box (see picture), meaning that it didn’t get very bent or damaged during shipping, which I appreciate! Shipping job gets a 5/5. Container: the plant arrived in a plastic, black pot with plenty of soil, but as far as I can tell, the soil was dry. this is probably fine since aloe vera can survive without a lot of water, though. I noticed a black hair of some sort on the bottom of the pot (see picture), which did gross me out a little, but maybe it was some sort of fiber from the potting soil? the plant came with a large, green bamboo stick stuck in the middle of it in the soil, which confused me because aloe vera does not creep up wires or trellises, as least not to my knowledge (see picture). Maybe this is some sort of tool for the plant, I’m not sure. Also, the pot itself had dirt caked onto it (see picture), which is probably just a result of shipping. I’d rate the container 3/5. 🙂 Health: the plant itself, upon being unpackaged, looked very healthy! there were several small damaged spots (see picture), so my plant was not 100% perfect, but overall, it was lovely and acceptable for a product of a plant nursery. I fixed it up and made it look pretty for the last picture! Overall, plant health is a solid 4/5! 😊 Instruction: the plant came with two tags, both of which gave information/instructions on how to care for it. Very helpful and necessary for any plant, and I’m happy that the nursery gives not one, but two tags to instruct the owner on how to care for the plant. I rate the instruction a 5/5. Upon opening the box this plant arrived in, the dirt had spilled throughout, so it appears to have not been packaged properly. It’s leaning to the back and the roots are visible even after repotting. I can’t find anywhere on the package, insert or directions if it should be repotted in a different pot as this grower pot isn’t up to par. I’ve included a side by side comparison of another plant that I own. It’s thriving. I love aloe and am looking forward to using it on wounds and sunburns. I just wish the manufacturer provided more information, so I could ensure it’s survival.

I questioned how they were going to send me a plant by mail but it was not impossible and it arrived in wonderful condition. It was very well wrapped. The Aloe plant is small and very pretty. The Aloe Vera plant has many health benefits, such as skin burns, heartburn, and even use on hair. It is a plant that spreads quickly, and its care is very easy.

I absolutely love my 3.5” Aloe Vera plant from Altman. This is such a sturdy and strong plant. I can’t believe how easy it is to order plants online, and ship them anywhere. Aloe Vera is easy to maintain, and it comes with a companion app for easy care. After burning my wrist cooking, I was quick to use my plant. It smells heavenly. Highly recommend, especially this upcoming holiday season.

At first, I had gave one star, but then I changed it to a three stars because at least the actual plant is alive. I have dirt from my front door to my back door that was falling out of the box. I don’t know who in the world thinks that they can mail a house plant, at least packaged this way. The aloe plant is still alive and very healthy and green, and I ended up with about about five or six teaspoons full of dirt left after cleanup. Then it was delivered to the wrong address and when the person from that address tried to return the package, they refused the package and told him they could not take the package back ! So he drove it to my house himself from about 8 miles away! You really missed the mark on this one, but on a better note, the aloe plant is beautiful and green and if I get it in dirt and water soon I feel like it will live! 

The plant is awesome for sunburns as I have had a few aloe vera plants in my life. The plant is about 5 inches tall and about 3 inches wide. The plant comes with instructions on how much sun and water it needs, which is very helpful. The fragrance is very decent and smells nice. Overall, I really like the plant, and the plant seems very durable to be on the catus family. I recommend this plant/product.

This Aloe Vera is sooo beautiful! Came very well packaged and cared for. Packaging made sure it was said there was a live plant, came wrapped in paper and had a stick in the plant pot as well to keep it sturdy during shipping! Very bright green coloring, plant looks very healthy and alive! I love it and can’t wait to keep it growing and use it for all the ways it can be used! For example sunburns! This helps soooo much for sunburns so if you live in a sunny place and prone to sunburns, go get yourself one right away! I definitely recommend! :) Plant size is great as well.
