After 1 year, the water flow becomes very small. It must be scaling inside. How to clean the inside?

I seatch days until i find what i need after installing bottom of the copper piece had a crack , I went back to Home Depot return d and get nee one , And since i have 2 vessel sinks I ordered too second one . Not even used 2 weeks this one is dripping from top . I don’t know what to do and i payed them pretty good chunk of money . Im not happy with the product

The faucet spout holds water in the back; causing water to continue to drain after you turn off the water. This causes water spots in the spout. You have to use a cloth to drain out the water and dry out the spout. Pfister faucets drain correctly; leaving no water spots.

Looks great with my new Vigo vessel sink. Very smooth working faucet. Black finish does spot a bit if you don’t keep up with wiping it down. Can’t speak to the longevity as I have only been using about a month.

So far so good , only issue is it could use a gold plate that matches faucet base to help to cover hole on counter. After 6 months slight stainingwater mark where water exits spout.

This is my 4th VIGO vessel sink faucet over the past 1.5 years lol, I LOVE this faucet! The water flow is very easy to control and very soothing as water flows out of the spout. First time purchasing the gold finish and even though the photo makes it look very yellow gold, I would say its a softer gold and not as brassy as some golds I've seen.

Love this waterfall faucet. It looks perfect with our matte black flat top sink. The only issue is that we have very hard water and a white residue builds up on the lip quite frequently which has to be gently scrubbed off. Definitely not the faucets fault, just something to keep in mind.

Vigo Faucet

Love the faucet. Great quality and easy to install. I wasn't sure about the graphite color but when I received it I was amazed at how cool looks. Definitely wood recommended the faucet and color.

The packaging was excellent. Everything was labeled on the instructions were easy. Of other sinks I would say that this is easier to install then the rest. The Finish looks sleek and doesn't hold too many water marks which you would expect from a black finish. The only issue is when properly installed, a tiny bit of water stays on low-end lip of the sink. Because it's matte black it doesn't really matter and you can't see it really that much. I definitely recommend the faucet

Initially water flow was so slow i started to regret buying it… but within a day of use water flow is perfect… still hear a little sound when water flows but better than my old faucet. Love it…

Faucet Drips

I just installed the faucet and it looks amazing, but it slowly drips water. This picture was taken after two days of not using it. I can't tell if the dribble is from water stuck on the inside of the spout after the faucet is shut off or if it is leaking. I see Vigo customer support responds to many comments here. I would appreciate a response on whether this is normal or if I should exchange it for a new faucet. Thank you.

Love this faucet! It looks great and works well. We did have an issue with it at first. There was no water pressure and only a trickle of water came out. I called Wayfair and they promptly sent me a new one. Hooked it up and it works fantastic and looks great!

Looks great! I love the single handle and matte finish. Something to note is that the drain does not come with faucet so you'll need to order that separately.

A nice modern faucet for your sink!

I got this faucet for my newly remodel bathroom to match my theme. The faucet was very easy to install and it works great. The water pressure isn't that strong but that's okay if you're fine with saving water. Keep in mind if you get the matte black color, you will see water spots if you have hard water in your area.

Have had two. The first was replaced by Wayfair as water wouldn’t flow through it and it was deemed defective. Second one was installed less than 2 months ago and it is leaking from up inside the shaft. Will be calling for a refund and going with a different faucet.

It’s a beauty. I’ve read from the reviews that the water flow is quite weak, but we were still surprised by how weak the water flow was when we turned on the tap the first time. Well, it’s a good thing that it’s for the powder room. Nonetheless, we like the look, especially when it’s paired with the white vessel sink from the same brand.
